2 bd /2 ba condo offers an open floor plan which intermingles the kitchen, dining, and living area offering a place for your whole group to hang out together. Very spacious at 900 Sq ft.

Check-in/out: Self check-in

*Smart TVs in bedrooms and living room offer streaming services via your login service. Basic cable is also provided.

*Meal Seating: For 8 (6 at the dining room table and 2 stools at the breakfast Bar)

*Sleeping arrangements: Master en suite bedroom w/ queen bed, Guest bedroom w/ 2 full beds, Pullout queen sleeper/sofa in the living room, and foldout ottoman to sleep 5-6 very comfortably with a max of 7.

*Kitchen appliances: Fully stocked with microwave, stove, coffeemakers (pod and drip), refrigerator & freezer, portable ice maker, dishwasher, various utensils, flatware, pots, pans, cups, and plates to make meals a breeze for those days you don't want to go out.

*Laundry: New stacked washer and dryer.

*Central A/C throughout

*Parking: Up to 2 vehicles in lot-1 assigned spot included and 7 first come first serve spots at the condo.

*Bathrooms: 2 Full bathrooms with tub/shower. Master suite with a large make-up area and smaller bathroom.

*The Condo complex: You're sure to have plenty of privacy as there are only 14 condo units with 7 on each of 2 floors. There may be times during the slow season where your group is the only one there. Situated in between the Gulf and Little Lagoon (1 block to each).

*The Area: Just down the road from Highway 59 & The Hangout (1.5 miles) to not miss out on the action for the adventurous, but in a more relaxed family friendly area to offer a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing place to recharge.

Enjoyed our stay immensely. Would love to come back. The host was helpful and quick to respond. Unit was clean , comfortable, and well stocked. Even had coffee, extra paper products and dishwasher and laundry detergent. Also had beach chairs, wagon, towels,etc. Pool was nice and the walk to beach wasn’t far at all. Check in and out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Thanks again.

Parking: Park your vehicle in spot #3. Parking pass(es) can be found on the kitchen counter and must be hung from the rear-view mirror of the vehicle. Max 2 cars. If needed there are extra spots that are not marked to park in.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Damage deposit is for accidental damage if incurred during your stay. Deposit will be returned within 7 days of stay end if not needed and may not encompass entire repair costs.

Cancellation Policy

100% refundable up to 30 days prior to check-in date with exception of $100 processing fee.

Notes

Must be 25 years old to book. No smoking, no pets, no parties strictly enforced. No more than booking guest count overnight during stay. Failure to follow smoking, pet, party, or guest count rules will result in loss of remaining booking with no refund and a $400 fee.
