Whether you are a small family or booking a friends weekend, staying here will allow you to walk down a flight of stairs and be just steps from the beach. You will also be just 15 minutes south of the popular Flagler Ave tourist district where there are restaurants, shops, and nightlife.

Situated right between the Atlantic Ocean and Indian River North, you will have the opportunity to see nesting sea turtles, dolphins, and manatees.
Marvel at the view of the Atlantic ocean from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room and dining area. Sit on the balcony watching the sunrise while sipping your morning coffee. Prepare your favorite meal in the kitchen which offers typical appliances, cookware, and even kid friendly dinnerware (along with THAT VIEW).

Each bedroom has a queen bed and there is a pack and play and crib size mattress available for the littlest guests. The master bedroom has a Tempur-pedic mattress on a base with adjustable settings. The master has a door directly into the bathroom as well.

Updated bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.

Reading material, puzzles, and even some toys are available for guest use.

This is a very nice place, peaceable and relaxing, right next to a small park that has a nice walk on the river opposite side of the ocean that offers views of dolphins and manatees along with birds, boats and kayaks. About .4 miles south is JB's Fish Camp, a popular place for good food and entertainment on the river side. Kayaks can be rented there, along with a river boat tour.

Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit in der super ausgestatteten Wohnung. Wir sind mit 2 kleinen Kindern gereist und konnten weil wir fliegen mussten nicht viel Spielzeug mitnehmen. Glücklicherweise ist in der Wohnung sehr viele Kinder-Spielzeug und auch Kinderbücher vorhanden. Das hat uns das einpacken sehr erleichtert. Auch im Kühlschrank waren die grundlegenden Dinge bereits vorhanden, ohne das wir bei der Anreise mit in der Nacht noch einkaufen mussten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und werden wenn wir wieder hierher reisen dort auch wieder einchecken. Können es nur weiterempfehlen.

We had the best family vacation! The location was perfect not too crowded. We enjoyed watching fireworks from the condo & even got to see the space launch! The hosts are very friendly and helpful! The only thing I would change is bring our fur animals, next time, they would have loved the location! All of the neighbors were very welcoming and helpful wit recommendations on restaurants and things to do in the area! Lots of wildlife right in front of the condo! (We loved the bunnies) Thanks for a great stay!

A perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Sunrise every morning from the balcony. Comfy beds and cozy surroundings gave my family just what we needed. We brought our own beach chairs but they have plenty along with towels and boogie boards. Shower was large and hot water plentiful. Coffee, bottled water, paper towels, TP, all provided. I replaced what we used. Everything was truly wonderful and we shall be back!

This is our second time staying with Jonathan and Nicole. That just says it all. Great location down towards the end of the highway, means traffic is not heavy. Just like they say, it is steps to the beach. There is also a great deck to set out with a cup of coffee and watch the beautiful sunrise. There is a great restaurant JB's Fish Camp close enough to walk to, but also a short drive to the many great restaurants and Flagler Ave.

Great place to stay. It was 3 of us plus a dog and we came for a week. Being first time in the area the host was very good about helping us navigate with our dog. The beach is not dog friendly but Dune park near by is amazing. If headed there prep for a 15 min walk and buy a beach cart. Entrance $10 for 1 day or $20 for the year. The beach right outside the condo was good but the hurricane must have brought lots of shells so it wasn’t the white sandy beach. There was some construction noise from a new house being built outside but it didn’t bother us. The condo was clean and plenty of space for the 3 of us. There was everything we needed for cooking and going to beach.

Jonathan and Nikole's place was just what we needed for our vacation to New Smynra Beach. It was in a great location, close to the beach. It would be well suited for children too, being well stocked with toys, beach gear, and crib.

Excellent views and sounds of the ocean from the condo. We were pleased that we were able to bring our pup (for a small charge). There is a dog park right down the street from the condo which is nice. Owners were very communicative and helpful. A little drive to restaurants and bars on Canal Street, but trade off was a very quiet area of the beach to relax.

What an amazing vacation! Jon and Nikole's beach condo is THE BEST!!! For starters, the whole place is adorable and designed perfectly. And it's a space that works great for families (toys for days, beach gear, pack n' play, electric outlet plugs, you name it), but also perfect for those looking to be close to the busy and popular Flagler Ave restaurants and bars but without all of the noise. PLUS... steps from the beautiful beach and pool! Be sure to check out Mary McLeod Bethune East for picnic benches, lifeguard and extra parking and Mary McLeod Bethune West for the amazing sunsets, BBQs and playgrounds. Couldn't ask for a better get-a-way, looking forward to returning ASAP!

My name is Jonathan. My wife Nikole and son Emmanuel make up the rest of our happy family.

We have always had an interest in real estate and have recently decided to purchase our very own vacation property. Nikole and I loved discussing the idea of buying a home that we can escape to when we need a getaway from the real world.

To spread the experience to travelers who may need a comfortable, affordable place to stay, we thought it would be a great idea to rent the house to those who would be interested in exploring the area also.

The front door has a smart lock. After booking, you will receive an email 1 day prior to check-in date with access code and wifi details.

House Rules

-No smoking in unit or on balcony.
-Pets must be approved in advance.
-$150 pet fee
-Pets not allowed on beds/furniture.
-Nothing is to be thrown from the balcony edge.
-Do not hang towels over balcony.
-Be courteous and respectful of neighbors.
-No excessively loud music or other noise after 9 PM.
-Must park in assigned spot. There are two assigned spots on the ground floor of the building.
-Rinse off sand before coming into unit. Hoses are available on bottom floor, shower is available at the pool.
-Flush only toilet paper.
-No extra overnight guests. Guests must provide names and ages of overnight guests to be approved for the booking. Visitors during the daytime is fine as long as rules are followed. No guests at the pool.
-No parties or events.
-Set A/C no lower than 72°F. Air conditioning should be left at 78°F when out for the day and upon check-out.
-Must leave in the event of a major storm evacuation. Follow county evacuation procedures if applicable.
-Feel free to leave beach chairs/toys under the stairs while at the condo, but rinse off and return to closet before checking out.

- Upon checkout - return all beach chairs/toys to front close
- Take trash to dumpster by the pool just past the garden facing the beach.
- Leave all used towels on shower floor
- Wash dishes/start dishwashe
- Leave beds unmade
- leave Pack n' Play out if you used it

-While we are family friendly and provide amenities for families with young children, we are not liable for any injuries. Parents are responsible for watching over their children while on premises.
We have taken measures to make the home child-friendly, do not leave children unsupervised.

-Guests will be responsible for additional fees to cover damages or excessive cleaning requirements.

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
