From the new laminate and tile flooring to the new countertops, refinished cabinetry and shelving, to the new appliances, fixtures, and furnishings, there’s nothing not to like about this significantly refreshed 2-story, 3-bedroom, 1 ¾-bath family vacation cabin. Upon entering, you’ll discover a mud room with a full-size washer and dryer, an open living/dining floorplan with a dining table that provides seating for eight, a new cozy and comfortable sectional couch facing a rock encased gas fireplace, and a flat-screen monitor, a fully equipped kitchen complete with all new appliances including a dishwasher, new countertops, and refinished cabinetry, plus one bedroom with 1-full sized bed and one full bath with all new tile floors, accents, new cabinetry and fixtures, and there’s a slider off of the living room that accesses a nice sized deck, complete with a gas BBQ…because it’s always grilling season! Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom with 2-queen-sized beds, a primary bedroom with 1-king sized bed, and a private balcony for taking in Mt. Baker’s majestic scenery. There’s a brand new ensuite 3/4 bathroom complete with double vanities. This pet-friendly (2-pet maximum No exceptions) WIFI* equipped, EV charger equipped, and monitored family vacation property will comfortably sleep up to 8 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don’t forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

1: Guests are expected to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guest who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement).

A Damage Deposit is not required, however damages will be charged to the Guests credit card.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (which ever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment*; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount*.
*Unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (which ever amount is greater) will apply.
Winter Holiday Bookings and Cancellations – All bookings for the period of December 15 – January 2 require payment in full by December 1st. If cancelled on or prior to November 15th, the Advance Reservation Payment will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of $65.00 (sixty-five dollar) or 8% (which ever amount is greater).
