The distance to downtown was very ideal, super close about a $10 uber ride. The neighbors were nice. It was a perfect experience! I look forward to staying here again!” Jesse

☆ Pet friendly: We are pet friendly at a fee of $75 per pet, per stay. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility. No pets are to be left unattended in the home.

☆ Hot Tub: The use of the hot tub is included in your nightly rate, it can be heated from the backyard it takes about 30 minutes to get to 100-102 degrees.
☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $100 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Our pool cleaner comes every Tuesday and Friday; he comes and go through the side gate and will not worry you throughout your stay.
☆ Desert Living: This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert, so its natural for sand to be around. On windy days, some sand and leaves may blow into the pool. While our pool cleaners do their best to keep it clear, there may occasionally be some debris in the water. We provide skimmers for your convenience if youd like to remove any leaves or sand yourself.

• Per the city rules, we are able to accommodate 6 overnight guests over 13 years old and 2 overnight guests 12-years-old and younger for a total of 8 guests.
• Quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m
• All dogs are to be on leashes whenever they are in unenclosed areas. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints. Dogs are not permitted in pool
• Exceeding the occupancy limit could result in expulsion from the rental, fines, or both
• Smoking is not allowed inside, this includes the use of cigarettes, vape and weed. Fines apply
