Gulf Highlands Beach Resort (GHBR) is a large gated community with a private club house located on the beautiful white sandy beach. It has its own snack bar, decks for sunning & sight seeing, pool directly on the beach, + 10 additional pools, 4 heated, shuffle board, tennis courts,
18 hole mini golf (free), the largest pool in the resort is just steps away.

NO PETS, NON SMOKING UNIT. (smoking inside or a smoke smell will forfeit your deposit) Must be 25 years old to rent the unit.

King master suite with pillow top mattress and private bath. The other master bedroom has a queen bed also with pillow top mattress and private bath. Downstairs is a queen sofa sleeper. This unit is extended on the top floor with a beautiful sitting room off the master. Wide crown molding and base board. Granite counter tops throughout the kitchen and baths. The kitchen has a walk around island. Gas grill on the rear patio. Stainless appliances, new LVP flooring throughout the upstairs. 3 flat screen TVs, kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, washer and dryer. Screen Wi-Fi. The back porch is screened with a glass dining table. COMPLETE RENOVATION

Unclean

Very dirty..floors dirty..range very dirty. Would not cook there. Other than that, I loved the location. Did not like two floors, but that is on me.

Great location / Very Clean

This condo is in the best location. The walk to the beach is the shortest walk in Gulf Highlands. There is a large pool within a few steps of the back porch. The house was very clean and well decorated. Fully stocked with everything we needed. The host was great at communication and replying to emails and texts. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Amazing Place!

Everything was great! The place was in excellent condition and very clean. I was very happy with the location as it is very close to the beach. It was easy to find and the owner contacted me shortly before check in time to give me the door code. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

A short respite

Great Every Time

We enjoyed our stay very much! This unit is great. Very roomy. We had everything we needed. The screened in porch is a plus! We were able to sit outside and eat. Very convenient location!

Policies and Rules

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

On the day you arrive, I will text you the electronic door code when the cleaner has it ready. You will will receive the lock directions, how to locate the townhouse etc, via regular mail, prior to your arrival.

Payment Policy

500 reserves your stay and then the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. There is a 300.00 additional damage deposit due. Make arrangements with Fayla to pay that.

Refundable Damage Deposit

If you will write a separate check for the damage deposit. I will just staple it to your rental contract and with no damages at checkout~ the un-cashed check get mail right back to you.
I have Venmo and Cash-ap and you can send the damage deposit that way or mail a check.
100% refundable with no damages and the rental contract is followed.

Cancellation Policy

If you were to cancel, what has been paid is forfeited.
