The beautiful 2 bedroom (sleeps 5) / 2 bath villa offers all the amenities of home. Located on the second floor of a quiet upscale complex, guests will delight in the gorgeous rooftop swimming pool and hot tub and beautiful views of the Atlantic! Secure garage parking as well as an elevator that makes trips in and out of the villa expectionally easy.

As you enter this lovely villa, the spacious dining room table is on the left. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen with Corian counters has a breakfast bar that seats four. To the right of the foyer is the secondary suite with a private bathroom furnished with Queen and Twin beds. Just past the kitchen on the right you enter the primary suite furnished with a King size Bed, access to the balcony along with a private bath with a tub and a separate shower.

The open floor plan leads to the living room. It is tastefully decorated with plenty of seating for the family to watch movies on the large flat screen TV. The exterior door leads to the spacious balcony. This is a great spot for the perfect family vacation.

Situated across the street from Coligny Plazas many restaurants and shops. Our home is one block to North Forest Beach. As you walk down the beach path you will see the ourdoor beachside pool that is available for use by our guests. Check out Pool Bar Jims for a refreshing summertime beverage.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Guest will receive access codes for garage/elevator and door lock codes for the villa prior to arrival. Codes will be provided no later than three days to arrival. Codes for the villa door lock will be activated at 4pm on day of arrival.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Minimum age for primary renter is 25 and must occupy the condo during the entire stay. No subletting of the condo and all minors must be accompanied with adults at all times.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

The Parties agree to the following:
Payment - 50% of rental due upon acceptance of rental agreement.
Remaining 50% balance due 60 days before first day of reservation.
Cancellation 60 days prior to first day of reservation - 100% refund.
Cancellation after 60 days of first day of reservation - no refund.
* If owner is able to secure new tenant, funds will be refunded minus 25% of rental agreement.

Notes

Owner has the right to inspect the premises with prior notice in accordance with applicable State laws. Should the Tenant(s) violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately in accordance with State law. Tenant(s) waives all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. Tenant(s) shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement. Holdover Tenants will Incur $500 nightly expense per night if they fail to vacate the premises on the agreed upon departure date listed above.
