***ABOUT MAJESTIC BEACH TOWERS RESORT***

The amenities of the resort feature five (5) pools, 2 indoor heated pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 hard surface tennis courts, beach services, movie theater and game room. The H2O Bar and Grill serve food and drinks poolside. The Market serves Starbucks coffee; there is a Bloody Mary bar within the market along with other snacks, treats, reading material and basic sundries. The Market Bar serves breakfast, lunch and dinner items and the menu is fantastic.

After booking is confirmed, you will be sent a link to register your vehicle, tag number and pay for parking via a third party.

Amazing condo!

Great week!

We had a great trip at this resort! It was our second time staying at The Majestic Towers! I recommend staying in tower 2 (because elevator wait times are shorter). We loved being on the second floor to take stairs as well. Perfect view and right above the walk to beach! Well decorated, clean, and met our needs perfect for the guests we had! Thanks Fayla !!!!

Family getaway

Wonderful place! Fayla was easy to get ahold of and great communication. The condo was on the second floor which was so convenient with a baby. Condo was in the middle of everything. Just a 10 min drive to pier park. Could walk to multiple shops and food. The condo was so spacious. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Will definitely be staying here again

This Property was amazing!

The condo was very spacious and we had plenty of room for my family! The balcony has a very nice view as were not very big on heights. Dallas the cleaning lady was very nice and helpful with everything! We hope to be able to come back to this condo.

Great unit in Majestic Towers

Great unit and location in Majestic Towers! Being on the second floor makes it very convenient and quick to get down to the beach or indoor pool. Unit was nicely furnished and was well equipped in the kitchen.

Payment Policy

700 reserves your stay and then the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. There is a 300.00 additional damage deposit due. Make arrangements with Fayla to pay that. If you pay with a credit card, that is collect via the credit card.

Refundable Damage Deposit

If you will write a separate check for the damage deposit. I will just staple it to your rental contract and with no damages at checkout~ the un-cashed check get mail right back to you.
I have Venmo and Cash-ap and you can send the damage deposit that way or mail a check.
100% refundable with no damages and the rental contract is followed.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel, the amount paid is forfeited.
