We allow pets but they MUST be fully trained (always going to the bathroom outside and in general not causing damage to the camper). If you are bringing a pet, the fee is to cover the additional cleaning required for after your fur baby leaves. During our cleaning process, we are attempting to leave no proof that a pet has visited the camper for our next guest to find. This pet fee is for cleaning only and it does not cover damage caused. Payment to repair any damage will be expected in addition to this fee.

Peaceful Acres Vacation Rental LLC is owned by Shawn & Melinda - We have been happily married for over 20 years. We have a wonderful family of our own and enjoy big family get togethers. Our kids, grandkids and other family use these properties when they come to visit. We are in the process of making the garage on the house into a banquet hall, so that we can bring even more family members together for our Thanksgiving & Easter dinners there. It's also great for game nights, football game watching, etc.

We love the idea of having other families and friends coming together and enjoying these spaces as much as we do! We hope you find your rentals with us as peaceful, overflowing with warmth, and full of love as we do.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 5PM - Flexible

Let us know when you will be available for the camper to be delivered. During the week we would expect to deliver and set up the camper late afternoon/evening. On the weekends we will be able to deliver earlier. Please make arrangements with us for when the camper must be picked up/when you expect to leave the camper.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Maximum occupancy: 10

This is the rating for the camper, due to the table and sofa's folding into beds. Unless you plan on not spending any time in the camper and just sleeping this would be a tight fit for that many bodies!

House Rules

- We love our camper, so please take care of it. We are trusting you to not damage it, clean up after yourself and return it as close to the condition received as possible.
- All dishes should be washed an put away prior to pick up.
- No smoking indoors. An ashtray is provided for your outdoor use, in the storage area at the front of the camper (under master bedroom) with the other outdoor use items.
- Please eat messy foods at the table or outside.
- We provide sheets and comforters, please strip the beds and put used linens by outside door of master bedroom. You will be responsible for bringing your own towels and washcloths.
- You need to have an electrical hook up. If you do not have an electrical hook up, please consult with owners.We can fill the tank with water if needed, but you will need to let us know ahead of time.

We love this camper and hope you will too! We want you to have FUN and enjoy the space with your friends & family. We use it to and want it to remain the wonderful place to stay that it is.

Payment Policy

60% payment is expected upon booking with remaining 40% due 60 days prior to reservation start date.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.

Notes

Prior to leaving:
- Please make arrangements for a pick up time on the date of your checkout.
- Place any used linens by the outside door of the master bedroom.
- Wash and put away dishes.
- Dispose of any trash.
- Everything should be put away and orderly, leaving the camper as close to how you received it as possible. The camper does contain cleaning supplies for you to use during your stay, but we expect minor dirt. We will clean and disinfect the camper between guests.
