This is our loft on Calle 11. Has AC, HOT TUB, Loft has a mini office area. Queen BED and full kitchen washer and dryer. This is two blocks from PARK Poblado. 6 blocks from Lleras. Takes 8 minutes to walk to lleras. Everything here has the people in mind that want to work from there apartment. The office area. The apartment is a huge one bedroom. 2 flat screans. Everything is on point. You can have guests with ID. There is no charge. Upstairs has a office kind of set up...Couch area to hang out. 2nd floor there are stairs...There is no outside space. The bedroom is in the back off the street so no real sleeping noise issue.
