Beach Chairs, toys, towels, & more provided - just bring your bathing suit & sunscreen!
You will have the entire unit to yourself. All bedrooms have on-suite bathrooms which makes having privacy great. No fighting over who gets the bathroom! One king suite is on the ground level with walkout to patio area, another king suite is located on 3rd floor with balcony and the third on suite bedrooms has two twin beds and is on the 3rd floor. There is a Queen pull out sofa located on the second floor in the living room.

We had a great stay. Elizabeth was super friendly, attentive, quick to respond, and very helpful. The place was in a very convenient location and easy to find. It was just a short walk to the beach and there were plenty of restaurants and shopping close by as well. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice unit. Lots of stairs.

Response:Oh Sharon- I wish you had reached out. I live just 15 min away and would have helped you with TVs. I hate to hear you thought you had to go without TV. We haven’t had any other guests have an issue. There can be a learning curve if you aren’t used to smart tvs.

My sisters and I stayed at Elizabeth's for a little "Sisters' Vacay". She was very communicative, and responded quickly to any questions I had. We knew we booked the right place as soon as we stepped inside and saw how inviting, clean, fresh, and beautiful it was! The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, there were plenty of towels in the bathrooms, shampoo, conditioner, body wash,... Plenty of beach towels, games, and beach stuff. It was nice having access to a washer and dryer-- and detergent pods were included. Her place is only a few hundred feet to the beach-- very easy access. We will definitely stay at her place again when we come back!

The place is fantastic! Clean, Comfortable, Great location to the beach . Great amenities! Eluzabeth thinks of everything. We had our 5 month old granddaughter and were super excited when we found a bouncy seat in the closet. I can't say enough about the place it is perfect! We were in town for Surfer's For Autism. There were 5 of us (my husband and I and our two teens and my Mother). I did not want to get hotel rooms where the event was held so we rented this home. Everything was great. So many home owners claim a "short walk to the beach" BUT THIS TRULY IS. 90 seconds door to sand. This was a nice very active neighborhood with lots of bikers, runners, surfers, walkers. We loved going to the beach to see the sunrise each AM. We were close to great stores and restaurants and just a couple miles to Neptune beach which has great places to get food. The beach is so pretty, not over crowded and we loved the activity around. House was great. Awesome decor, comfortable beds and a bathroom for everyone. Easy access and supplied with all we needed. We would love to come back.

Biking and walking both on the beach and first street are both safe and fun. Streets are easily navigable. Bike lanes, skateboards, skates, however you want to get around are all easy. Easily navigate and drive or Uber and Lyft readily available. Airport is 35 minutes away - JAX. - 2 minute walk to the beach - 5 min to Neptune or Atlantic Bch - 10 min to Mayo - 15 min to TPC golf course - 25 min Jaguars stadium (TIAA field) - Short walk to the best restaurants and nightlife in Jax Bch
