The short walk to the ocean was amazing. The condo is cute and comfortable and provided exactly what we needed while we were there. The condo and the walk to the beach felt safe. The balcony provides the most amazing ocean breeze and we sat outside much of the time we were there.

We had a great last minute trip, the host super responsive despite the fact that we booked the same day. Great location, short walk or bike ride to everything you need. We loved the huge porch, it was like an extension of the living room and there was a wonderful seabreeze every afternoon. We will definitely come back!

We had a great stay in JAX beach at Lamonte and Robin’s place. Everything was as pictured. Easy access, easy walk to the beach, pier and eats. Neighbors were nice and quiet. Had coffee everyday outside on the balcony so we could enjoy the warmth of Florida. Can’t wait to see how the outside renovations turn out. Hope to be back next year for our yearly trip to JAX. Thanks Lamonte and Robin for sharing your place with us. 😄

Lamonte was a great host. He responds to our questions quickly. The location was amazing ! Close to the stores and restaurants. And of course the beach! I will definitely want to stay there again when we visit our relatives in Jacksonville. One thing to note is that they don’t stock the laundry detergent and shampoo. So bring them when you stay there!

We did a same day booking and I am sure someone had to hustle to get everything ready, but we saw not signs of it. Even though there were several other units in the building it somehow seemed like we were the only ones there. Never heard any other people, and the highway (1/2 a block away) only made a constant purr of traffic. Never any sirens, squealing breaks, or loud revving. Lamonte was very responsive and when the internet went out and I sent a message he responded in less than 20 minutes. It was a quick and easy fix and we were back in business. The easy walk to the beach was fabulous, and the constant sea breezes made the glass doors to the balcony our favorite part. I look forward to returning. One thing to note; this place is up on the second floor and the only way up is 4 flights of stairs. It is an easy climb as there are no more than 26 steps in total, but it is something to be aware of.

No smoking on balcony either - While its outside, it is covered and the ceiling can be smoked stained. $200 smoke removal fee No use of candles. No loud noises after 10pm. The building has a "No towels or clothes can hang on the railings" policy in place. Please dry your clothes in the dryer or hang them on the back of the chairs outside instead. **PETS: DOGS ALLOWED BY PRE-APPROVAL ONLY and ADDITIONAL $50 PET CLEANING FEE. There is also a 30lb weight limit *$50 Pet Fee must be paid prior to check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property. *Your dog should be friendly and house trained.
