We want you to have a fantastic time during your stay, but we do have to insist on a few house rules: No smoking. No parties or events. Pets must be under 25 lbs and leashed at all times if they are outside the unit. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the back or front yard, unsupervised or unleashed. There is an empty lot 2 doors down where they can run and play. The grill must be cleaned before and after each use. Make sure the propane tank is turned on and off for each use.
