Currently offering a lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in Boynton Beach, FL. Off-seasonal rental available, from April 1 through December 31. We are flexible with which months you are interested, with 3 month minimum.
It is an end unit on the 3rd floor. There is a designated parking space right near the staircase. The unit is also just steps from the elevator, laundry room and trash chutes.
The complex is called Seagate of the Gulfstream. It is directly on the Intracoastal, and is less than 5 minutes from the beach. Beautiful waterside restaurants, groceries, and shopping plazas within minutes. Condo is fully furnished and equipped with all items needed (kitchen cookware, linens/bedding, and even beach chairs and towels!)
The condo is decorated in tasteful colors, perfect for coastal living! Unit has large closets and plenty of storage. Open kitchen into dining area and living room. There are 2 spacious bedrooms each with their own bath. It is an end unit, so lots of natural light from the extra windows. The kitchen has new, stainless steel appliances and a large island with bar stools. Condo has large lanai overlooking lush, tropical landscaping and garden views.
Seagate is a fun 55+ community, offering a clubhouse with library, game room, and full kitchen. There is a large pool deck, with 2 pools and looking directly at the Intracoastal so you can watch the boats go by! There is plenty of seating/lounging options for either sun or shade. There is also a grilling area, bocce ball, shuffleboard, and a putting green. There are clubs and different events hosted by the Seagate community, like poker night, water aerobics, yoga classes, golf groups, etc. A fun place to spend your off-season.
Rent is $1750.00 per month and we can work together to determine which months you are interested and best suits your needs.
