Ruslan’s home location is fantastic. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. My children enjoyed rollerblading without the threat of speeding cars. We did have an accident where the shower arm broke. We paid for the repair in full (500$). The plumber said the pipes were older and it was not due to us being careless. We still felt responsible and were happy to cover the cost. One item not disclosed in the listed was the requirement of not using any paper products with the toilet. There is a handheld exterior bidet in place. I would have appreciated knowing about this on the listing page. We absolutely loved Ruslan’s home, especially the neighborhood and property. The yard is not fenced but it was an oasis for our dogs and kids. We would love to stay here again. Ruslan was quick to reply and aid us when we needed. We stayed here for one month while we explored SW Florida.

House Rules
Please do not throw any kind of paper on the toilets as it may clog the drain pipe and septic system. Throw them into the garbage can or use hose bidet available on each toilet instead of paper towels. Move trash carts facing the road on Tuesdays night and move them back next day after garbage has been collected. The pool has an automatic vacuum cleaner and if you need to remove it then make sure you pull out the hose from the pool skimmer where the hose is connected. Do not take out of water the pool vacuum without disconnecting its hose from the pool skimmer as it will suck air instead of water and damage the pool pump. Making fire on the backyard is against the law as it may cause a forest fire quickly. Please make fire only on the firepit or BBQ. Please leave a batch of towels washing on the washer before checkout.No smokingCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
