The Best Location in the area for Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame, Dreams Park & Ommegang Brewery! Located in a quiet neighborhood this house has all new appliances, leather couch & chairs, flat screen TVs in all rooms, huge washer/dryer.

********There is an additional fee per guests per night of $50 after 2 guests.

********The additional pet fee (dogs only) is $100 per pet per stay.Situated on over 1 acre of land we have a large deck off the kitchen area and a outdoor grill for cooking your favorite steak!
Sit and relax on the deck or on the lawn area as we have plenty of space to sit back and relax.
