These rules are in place so we can all be happy campers :) 1) Pets Policy: * We welcome service animals, please specify the task the service animal has been trained to perform; * An $95 additional cleaning fee is applied for the 1st emotional animal and non ESA pet; $70 for the 2nd animal *Clean up after your pet; guest will be charged an additional $50 fee if animal waste is found on the property *Animals shall not be left unattended for an extended amount of time. Excessive animal noise or noise complaints resulting from your animals may result in a non-refundable cancelation. 2) Protect old plumbing by disposing excessive toilet tissues, paper towel, wipes, and feminine products in the trash can located inside the bathroom. 3) Do not throw garbage down the kitchen sink, there is no garbage disposal; 4) No party, no event, inform host if you have guests that are not on the reservation at the property; 5)Since this is a duplex where there's a common wall, we have quite hours are from 10:30am-6am on weekdays, 11:30pm to 7am on weekends 6) No smoking- including vape, incent, candles; 7) For long term guests, trash pickup is every Saturday; please put the bins by the curb for pickupNo smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Notes

FEATURE: 1) Ceiling height: this is a unique property where some areas have lower ceiling (around 6.5ft). Though with the front patio and backyard, you won't feel cramped at all! 2) We only offer 2 window AC units, no heating Normal Wear & Tears from a pet's friendly accommodation: 1)The wood fence acompassed the yard has suffered damages from hosting animals; there are several small holes throughout. If you are traveling with tiny animals (under 10 lbs), please be mindful. 2) Since the unit is pets friendly, we do not recommend bookings from guests who are allergic to pets. NOISE: 1) The unit is part of a side by side duplex, and shares one common wall with other unit, which is also used for mid-term rentals. Pls be mindful of noise level and quite hours noted under our house rules. 2) The property is located at a Stop sign & corner lot, so expect some light traffic noise. 3)The area is also populated with wildlife such as chickens and ducks that roam around all day, so some wild life noises are expected. SECURITY: There's an outdoor security camera with flood light installed on the fence facing the parking area for your security. We will never place any camera within the inside of the unit SANITARY: We outsourced all cleaning to a professional cleaning service, who will be ready to address any cleaning concerns. If you have any sanitary concerns, please notify your host at the time of check in so we can address it at our earliest convenience.
