Located in a Georgian Grade II listed townhouse, a seven minute walk from Victoria station, in the heart of London and a transport hub (coach, rail, underground); you'll find good connection to all airports, the rest of London, and the UK.

We spent a year renovating, so we hope that you appreciate our attention to details, and that you enjoy your stay!
Please note we do not have a large shared living space here, there is only the kitchen and a small room connected to the kitchen.

Amazing Property In A Lovely Location

I had the ambitious task of planning a family trip for 14 of us which included toddlers and elderly. The property was big enough to accommodate them all and also provided some basic amenities that lasted the duration of the stay. The host was kind enough to allow early check in and also held our luggage while we did one final tour before we headed to our next destination. Great communication and very friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone with big groups. It made our holiday trip that much better to have a great and spacious accommodation in a lovely area.

Excellent stay!

About a month after we booked, we requested another night and the hosts responded promptly that we could. Communication from the beginning throughout the entire stay was excellent.The location and property was perfect for our group! This place is in walking distance to lots of sites and easy access to public transit.All the instructions provided by the hosts were perfect and helpful.We had minor issues with the door locks during check in and they were immediately remedied. Also, one of the lights went out and the host came over to fix it within 30 minutes. We were a group of 10 family and friends and this was perfect for our stay. The kids loved the attic room.

“excellent location and service”

our group had a wonderful time and enjoyed the location and space for two families. The home and area seemed clean and safe. The host was also communicative and helpful. There was not a common area which was expected and the steep staircases made getting bags in and out difficult and the very top attic room had limited accessibility. The upper rooms might be difficult for older adults. The beds were also very hard and the adults found that difficult, but our stay was otherwise wonderful.

“Great Host, quick responses, everything available, clean, great location”

buckingham palace and big ben can be reached by foot.
Many cool bars quite near to the appartment.
We booked the whole appartment with a bunch of ppl and had a great time. Everything was there: Shampoo, cooking material, glasses, even earplugs if needed. The street in front of the house was not too noisy.

Great location, great house, booked the whole house out and it housed 10 adults just about with room sharing etc. House was very clean tidy, modern and very nice bathrooms. Had everything we needed! Was pretty much perfect and in a very nice location. Host was very responsive and very friendly, gave us clear info before our visit, gave us recommendations during and gave a great post service. Would highly recommend if visiting for a few days with a large group and you want a nice place to live in.

Clean home in great location

Stayed here with a large group including children, great location with easy access from Victoria Station. Very clean, lots of amenities near by. Be aware house has a lot of stairs but I will definitely look to rent this location again.

What a fabulous location! This property is near a big transportation hub (Victoria Station), which was incredibly helpful for getting around. Lots of bedrooms with plenty of space. Pierre and his team had excellent communication, responding pretty immediately to any issues (the lock on the front door didn’t work when we arrived and they responded immediately and had us in within two minutes!) We were grateful to have access to the washer/dryer in the evenings. A fabulous place to stay for all the central London sites.

Great house for a girl’s trip!

There were five of us in our group for a week-long girls trip, all in our 30s, so we were looking for something comfortable, central, and reasonable. This was a great house where we could each have our own room, handle our own coffee/breakfast in the morning as a group if we wanted, and wind down with some wine in the kitchen at the end of the night as a group, plus it was very central. Being close to the Victoria station meant that we could easily get all over London quickly and easily to see everything we wanted to see, but it’s also in a great neighborhood with great local pubs and cafes that the hosts recommended. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and essentials, and the hosts communicated very promptly throughout the entire booking process and during our trip and provided lots of great info around check-in time. I would highly recommend this property for your London stay!

We are in the royal neighbourhood! (15 min walk to Buckingham Palace, 20 minute walk to Big Ben)

Getting around

Citymapper is a great app for getting around, but Google Maps works fine.

Public transportation is excellent in London. Victoria (7 min walk away) is a major hub for transportation - the underground, trains, buses and coaches. There are also buses just outside the door that go to touristic areas. The 24 is an inside tip for a cheaper way to do some sightseeing over the tourist buses, and it stops just outside our place!

You can pay for everything with a tap of a contactless credit/debit card. There is no need to get an "all-day" ticket to save money as it gets calculated at the end of the day and you get charged for the cheapest ticket.

There are also public bicycle stations very nearby.

You may also take a public boat along the river, also nearby (around 10 pounds one way, also with contactless card)!
