Blissful Relaxation best describes this 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1 ¾-bath townhouse style condominium. Entering the front door reveals an excellent floor plan and a homey atmosphere. The main floor features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a window overlooking the community playground, and two closets offering ample storage. Then, there’s an awesome and completely restyled ¾-bath with a tiled shower, floors, and all-new cabinets and fixtures. Next; you’ll be delighted by the newly remodeled galley-style kitchen with luxury countertops and all-new stainless appliances, including a dishwasher. A breakfast bar with three bar stools also serves as a great pass-through to the living/dining area with a dining table and two chairs, a comfy couch, a flat-screen monitor, and a built-in gas fireplace to cozy up to. Outside is a small balcony, where you can take in the sights and sounds of the magnificent, wooded mountain area. Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a small sitting area and a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer. There’s also a loft bedroom with 1-queen-sized bed and plenty of closet space. Finally, there’s a split full bath with a tub/shower combo. This pet-friendly (2-pet maximum, no exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will comfortably sleep up to 4 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
Snowater is a gated community in Glacier, WA positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests.

FROM VANCOUVER, B.C (Canada): Take Highway 99 (South) to the Peace Arch Crossing at the Canada / USA border exchange, then take Interstate-5 (South) to Bellingham Exit #255 (Sunset Drive/Mt. Baker Highway I-542). Turn left at the end of the off ramp, and proceed (East) directly to our offices in the town of Maple Falls. Approximate driving time 1.5-hours.

1: Guests are expected to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guest who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement).

A Damage Deposit is not required, however damages will be charged to the Guests credit card.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (which ever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment*; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount*.
*Unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (which ever amount is greater) will apply.
Winter Holiday Bookings and Cancellations – All bookings for the period of December 15 – January 2 require payment in full by December 1st. If cancelled on or prior to November 15th, the Advance Reservation Payment will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of $65.00 (sixty-five dollar) or 8% (which ever amount is greater). From November 16th through November 30th, the Advance Reservation Payment will be forfeited unless the home(s) can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of $65.00 (sixty-five dollar) or 8% (which ever amount is greater) will apply.
