We want you to know that you will be renting from the owner of the condo -- not another owner managing many. We want to make your stay special and pride ourselves on our number of repeat guests. Condo 1411 was recently remodeled with updated bathrooms - kitchens - furniture and you will find everything wonderfully maintained. We do not use on site housekeeping -- it costs a bit more, but it allows us to have our own towels - sheets and kitchen equipment that will remind you of home - and we are also able to keep a few extras in the kitchen and thru out the condo.

3 Bedroom/2 Bath/Oceanfront Balcony 14th Floor Condo includes:
• Oceanfront Balcony off Living Room
• Master Bedroom W/ King Bed
• Master Bath with Soaking Tub with Jets and Fireplace
• Master Bath shower has 2 shower heads

Would not stay here again

First, the condo is clean but old and dated and Has cheap furnishings. The furniture is very uncomfortable Including all beds and couches. The resort is likewise old and in need of repairs. The south tower has 19 floors and 4 elevators that are extremely slow. Wait times just for an elevator frequently took 30 + minutes and a line was always down through the lobby. The pool facilities were always at capacity and the beach was so crowded in the area we had to walk down a long ways to get away from the crowd near the reason. I would never stay here again.

Daytona Decline

Beautiful property in the middle of urban decay. No longer a family friendly environment- Daytona Beach has become a gangland bastion. Clearly not a suitable environment for families with small children. Daytona chamber of commerce should do better ...

PERFECT!

I can’t say anything but awesome! Perfect for my family. Condo was very nice and had everything we needed. A little warm in the main unit. I told the front desk a couple of times and then emailed owner. Nothing was done. But still had a great time. Will for sure book this place again.

Nicest condo we've ever stayed in

I can't say enough good things about this condo. There was plenty of room and 5 beds plus a sofa bed, two separate kitchens, plenty of living space for 3 adults and 3 kids. The property is gorgeous and it has the best pools in Daytona. The kiddie pool was great for my 3 yr old and both the 3 yr old and 8 yr old enjoyed the large pool and waterslide and the lazy river. The beach bar served delicious food and cold beverages and it wasn't extremely overpriced. The staff was extremely friendly from the checkin workers to the person observing the operation of the slide. This is absolutely the best place to stay in Daytona and we will be coming back.

Wonderful getaway

Spent the week with good friends celebrating a 60th birthday, the location was perfect and the view to die for. The best part was getting up to watch the sun rise with Baileys and coffee in hand. The condo had everything required for our stay.

Great Location, Great Communication

My family of 6 LOVED this property! It was easy to find, easy to check-in, and we we not bored for a single second. We spent 5 nights here and we've already talked about coming back. We made our way to an inland river to see Manitees and did some offshore fishing as well. LOVED IT!!!
