House Rules Rules are important for everyone’s safety, and enjoyment. Please read before booking and understand that this is what you agree to abide by when staying with us. I will do my best to keep it short but specific… Check-in & Check out Check in is between 4pm and 6pm to ensure assistance is available if needed during the process. Our maintenance and cleaners leave after 6pm and I am only available for emails or phone calls until 9pm. Outside these hours we are with our families and an in person response will result in an additional charge of $50. Early check in is available after 12pm noon for an additional $25 We offer Early Luggage Drop Off for an additional $10/bag starting at 11am. There is a dedicated space in the entry to leave your luggage. Leaving more bags than paid for will result in a $50 penalty Leaving bags anywhere other than designated space will result in $50 penalty When checking in be sure to inspect the property to make sure there are no damages from previous guests that may have been overlooked by the cleaners. Report any issues immediately upon arrival to prevent getting charged for things you did not damage. Inspecting the property upon arrival also gives us the time and opportunity to respond and fix the issue. No refunds will be provided for late or unreported issues Check out is before 10am. Our cleaners have limited time to ensure every room and common space is ready for the next guest, so it is important to check out on time. Late check out will result in a $50 penalty We offer Late Luggage Pick Up for an additional $10/bag. There is a dedicated space in the entry to leave your luggage, it must be packed and out of the room. Leaving luggage in the room will result in a $50 penalty Leaving more bags than paid for will result in a $50 penalty Leaving bags anywhere other than designated space will result in $50 penalty All bedroom doors are able to be locked for the inside while you are in the room. Never lock your room door from the inside when leaving, always use the key to lock it from the outside. Just in case the key malfunctions or you forget your key in the room. If you lock yourself out of the room it will result in a $50 penalty to dispatch the on call maintenance person. Dispatch after 8pm can not be guaranteed in which case guests will have to call a local locksmith to open the door. Any damage done to the door or the lock will be charged accordingly Leave the room in reasonable condition, no need to make the bed but no excessive trash or mess. Cleaning fees only cover the standard cleaning between reservations. Any extra cleaning needed will result in a minimum $50 cleaning fee If carpet cleaning is needed it will result in a $150 penalty Parking We offer off street parking on a first come first serve basis and cannot guarantee availability so always check with us prior to booking. Parking is an additional $15 per night. Model and license plate info will be required. Any unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense We do not offer secured Bike parking. There are spot outside where you can lock a bike up but we are not liable for it’s security Bringing bikes inside will result in a $50 penalty. Security Booking for other people is not allowed. Your reservation has to have your name on it. If not, we reserve the right to ask you to leave and we won’t issue any refunds. And we will call the police if you or your guest do not leave. We do not accept children under the age of 8 years old for private room bookings because the space is being shared among different guests and is not safe for small children Guests are required to close the front door when leaving or coming in. Do not leave valuables unattended, we are not responsible for any loss during your stay Reminder room keys are available for added security for an additional $10 House Standards Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 8am. Any reports of excessive noise including but not limited to talking, playing music, cooking etc. will result in a $50 penalty Visitors and extra guests are not allowed Bringing visitors or extra guests will result in a $100 penalty per person per day No smoking or drugs of any kind allowed in the house. Smoking is only allowed 20 ft from the house Smoking or using drugs inside will result in a $200 penalty as well as you being told to leave and canceling your remaining days without refund Only moderate alcohol use. We only provide one set of sheets and one towel/wash cloth per guest per stay Room cleaning and new towels are available for an additional $20 If the duvet cover, sheets are found stained or damaged in any way it will result in a replacement fee of $50 If towels are found stained or damaged in any way it will result in a replacement fee of $25 No eating, drinking or storing food within rooms Violations will result in a $50 penalty Be sure to wash all your dishes and clean cooking surfaces after use.
