Sept & Nov 2022 Daytona Beach Resort sustained some major damage from Hurricanes Ian & Nicole.
• Outdoor Pools are closed
• Indoor Pools and hot tubs are closed
• Tiki Bar & Restaurant are closed.
• Parking garage is closed – parking in front of building or across the street off Plaza Ave. Parking is 1st come 1st served. We can not guarantee a parking spot. Parking may be up to 2 blocks away.
• Beach access from the north access road.

Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center
Privately Owned Condo features a private balcony with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Being a corner unit near the top of the building, the feeling is that there is no one else staying at the resort. Sleep with the drapes open. Dine on the balcony with no view of any other units. It is fully furnished with a King size bed, full sized sofa, table with chairs (Comfortably sleeps 2). TV with DirecTV, WiFi, books. Linen and towels are provided, (Towels are for Inside use). New bedding, Lots of amenities to make your stay comfortable.

The kitchen has a full fridge with ice maker, two stove top burners, microwave oven, coffee maker, slow cooker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, utensils, dishes and glassware.
Iron, Ironing board, hair dryer provided for your use..

It is furnished for comfort and relaxation.

Leave your busy schedule behind and enjoy cooking in your condo (grocery store across the street); order room service or dine at the oceanfront restaurant 'Reflections' with spectacular views of the ocean and fire pit.

Relax with your favorite drink from the oceanfront pool bar while listening to music and the waves. The resort is newly remodeled and this corner oceanfront condo is in the new tower on the 11th floor.
