Hi I'm Whitney your host and owner of Little Pine Properties. I started this small short term rental business after I fell in love with traveling and seeking adventure in the great outdoors. My husband and I love hiking and exploring our state and national parks. We sought out to share our love of travel and hospitality with others featuring cabin stays surrounded by natural beauty.

The place was great for me and my family during the Christmas break. It had enough space for all of us and was very clean. We had a near miss because the ceiling fan fell and almost hit my son and granddaughter during our stay.

Whitney was so friendly and responsive throughout the entire process! The house was great and had all accommodations we needed. Location was great, TONS of parking and a great space to hang out with family around Thanksgiving. Thank you!

My sisters and I were so pleased with our stay. The home was clean and well stocked with pots and pans laundry items, dishwasher and dish soap supply’s. There were hairdryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. The host even provided us with pool towels. I would absolutely stay here again. I live less than two hours away and I would rent this for my family as a get away.

The house was lovely, clean, and just as expected. The check in process was easy. My family really enjoyed the basketball court. The location was perfect, close enough to local attractions, but not too close where you can hear traffic. Thank you so much for sharing your home.

Absolutely gorgeous, well maintained, clean house. This house was perfect for our mini honeymoon. How can you go wrong with a hot tub, fire pit, jacuzzi tub, beautiful wrap around deck to enjoy sitting outside with your morning coffee.

Our family had a great time in Mineral Bluff, GA staying at Little Pine Property. Awesome accommodations, very clean, highly recommend to anyone looking for a weekend getaway or for a longer stay. This property is equipped for a wonderful stay.

Communication was great from the host! They allowed for early check in & late check out, which is a rarity for us! But it was a special treat considering we were traveling as a surprise for our kiddo celebrating a birthday! House was clean, beds were comfortable! Hot tub was fantastic! Heated pool was great on cool evenings and mornings! Even though we didn’t know in advance the pool was only 4 feet deep, my kids still loved every minute! Cons: The person who services the pool came randomly and unannounced which scared my children when they went outside and a stranger was on property inside the fence where the pool is. No knock or attempt to make sure aware even though our car was in the driveway. Also, the property is right off a main road, it’s busy & you can hear traffic day and night. We also experienced random young adults and children riding the property/driveway/yard on recreational vehicles while we were swimming, they would even stop to watch us, it was definitely strange. The issues we did have were obviously by no fault of the owners, they were quick to respond when we did reach out for next steps to handle the situation! Regardless of the issues during our stay, we would happily stay again when in the area! Thanks for sharing with us for our surprise birthday trip for our kiddo! We had a blast!

Whitney’s poolside ridge house was perfect for our family of 6! We needed a weekend away to relax, unplug, and celebrate our dad’s birthday. Their home was completely stocked with everything you would need. We so appreciate the sweet treats and local guides! The hot tub and pool were amazing. The home was exactly as described and very clean. We highly recommend staying here if you’re in the blue ridge area!

Great location for our golf trip to Old Toccoa Farm. House was clean, beds were great, and the AC was cold. Really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub while catching up with old friends.
