Loved our stay in The Patsy. Everything was just as described in the listing. The cabin was spotless inside and out. We really enjoyed the solo stove. Having various sizes of firewood to build our fire was very helpful. The area is just north of Noel and very peaceful. We are looking forward to coming in the summer next year so that we can get into the river!

What an incredible stay!! This tiny house was immaculate and homey, the view of the river incredible, and the peacefulness of the woods was just what I needed. I will definitely be back!!

This was the perfect place for a quick getaway. Right on the river, close to town, and it felt very private. It was also decorated so beautifully and extremely clean. Would definitely recommend anyone.

This was our 2nd stay and we loved it just as much as the first time. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. The cabin is comfortable and clean. It is nicely decorated as are all of the cabins. We’ll be back!

We had such a great time at Laney's place. The cabin had everything we needed for our week stay. We enjoyed spending our evenings by the fire pits, playing cornhole, and spending time at the river. The river was high but we still caught a couple fish from the stairs. Host was great about communicating and making sure we had everything we needed.

We had a great time despite the heavy rains! The covered firewood & fire starters were a nice touch! This place would be perfect for 6 friends or family!! Beautiful space & decorated very well. A roku tv is in cabin, so be prepared to use the appropriate apps, it had everything we needed.

The place was BEAUTIFUL. Along with the entire location. Perfect getaway for a nature filled weekend. We also did a float with River Ranch Resort. It was awesome that we got a ride there and back from our airbnb. Super convenient! Couldn't of picked a better weekend for our beautiful stay. Thank you so much!

We absolutely loved this place! Great location, beautifully decorated house, easy access to the river and close to outfitters for river fun. Everything was great! We will for sure be back and we'd love to rent all 3 cabins for a group trip. Laney had everything set up perfectly.

We booked a cabin alone for a couple days and the entire property for couple. We loved the quiet time on the river and in the beautiful cabin as a couple and the outdoor games and fire pits with our friends.

I stumbled on this hidden gem as I was passing through. I loved the fishing theme and wooden boat blueprints decor in “The Patsy” All of the fire pits and the gaming area was a real nice touch but my favorite was the chairs and umbrella to sit in the river and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Laney pays attention to the details and small things like all the fire pits already had kindling and a fire stick so you just had to light it and the tasty seasonings to grill out. I plan to come back on a couples retreat and rent the other cabins. Laney, thank you for your hospitality and I will be back.
