Something about the beach has always reminded me to pause and enjoy the little things in life. The way the morning sun hits the water, the sounds of the gentle ocean waves, and people watching the early-morning walkers. Even something specifically about the way the sun shines during spring in Myrtle Beach just hits my soul. When my husband and I bought our first condo, he said "I can't wait to sit on our porch in the morning, enjoy this view, and have our coffee." I couldn't have agreed more. The little things in life, like morning coffee, at your special spot, really are the keys to happiness.
