Kim and Mike were great hosts for my family Christmas trip with 9 adults and a baby. They had open and easy communication regardless of timing and the house had everything that we needed and more! Everyone had enough space to be comfortable and feel at home. You can’t beat the view of the lake through the huge windows or from the hot tub on the back patio. Bonus: we even saw wildlife from the top deck - including two eagles!! I would recommend to any family or large group.

The house had everything that you ask for in a vacation trip! Very well maintained, instructions were very clear even to the switches to turn on/off the lights, spacious and cozy. And the ACTUAL highlight of the house is the breathtaking Lake view, never seen a house so far with such a good view of the lake from all three floors, which is located on a peaceful and scenic country side road. It was a very relaxing and a memorable trip.

We had the best time at Kim & Mikes place. The house was huge… big enough for 8 adults and 4 kids to spread out. It was incredibly clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The living room view to the lake was beautiful, and we were close to a lot of wineries. Kim & Mike also connected us to a local sommelier who came to the house one night. Check in and out was seamless and Kim and Mike were very responsive with any questions. Great stay and would highly recommend!

Wonderful place for the reunion of 8 college friends. Plenty of space without crowding any of us. Great seating area inside and out. Close to wineries and historic sites.

The house was extremely clean, had a lot of amenities, beds were extremely comfortable! Hot tub was a great feature! Kitchen was fully stocked for everything we needed for cooking, grill and porch were great for hanging out. More than enough space for 9 ladies. Had a great weekend celebrating here, house was decorated very nicely, great views of the lake! Hosts were very responsive. Definitely would recommend staying at this property.

We had a wonderful stay at Kim & Mike's Sanctuary on Cayuga Lake. The house was beautiful with spectacular views and very comfortable for our family vacation with 7 adults and 3 children 6 years old and under. The hosts were very responsive prior to our arrival and we didn't even need to contact them during our stay because everything was there as advertised (plus many little extras that made the stay even more special). Can't say enough good things about our stay! Can't wait to return next year!

Layout of the house provided an extremely comfortable setting for our family of 13 to hang together for a week. House was fully stocked as stated in the listing. We shared so many special moments as a family… traveling the lake on a Pontoon boat and kayaks, hiking to several falls, day tripping to Niagara Falls, eating s’mores around the fire, watching sunrise and sunsets, playing board games and of course unwinding every night in the hot tub! This house certainly allowed us to create some beautiful family memories!

Kim & Mike were fabulous hosts. We stayed at their home to celebrate our parents 40th wedding anniversary and they were so accommodating and flexible with all of our needs and requests. I was even able to mail up decorations to them and they decorated the house before us before we arrived which really surprised my parents and made our stay so special! The house has beautiful views and the train going by twice a day was not a problem and it was much quieter than expected (I didn’t even hear it the first time). There were 14 of us and 2 infants and there was plenty of space for us. It is a little steep down to the water so if you have trouble walking or are elderly it might be difficult to get down to the water, and there is no walk in beach or grassy area to the water, but if you can jump in or use the ladder, the water is only about 3 or 4 feet deep. Huge driveway, lots of bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, spectacular views, and great hosts. Would love to come again!
