Keith Dalla Costa, owner/operator of Villa Costa was born and raised near Chicago Illinois. Keith and his brothers relocated to Cape Coral in 2006 and began Dalla Costa Brothers Construction, which is currently operating successfully in Cape Coral, Florida.
