Check-In Instructions - Osprey Landing

• Your keyless entry code will be provided to you after the Rental Agreement has been signed and payment has been received. The code is usually set for 30 minutes before and after the listed check-in/check out time. This does not mean that check-in/check out has changed from 4:00 P.M. to 11:00 A.M.
• We love to offer early check-in, if possible, but gratis early check-in is not guaranteed and cannot be requested until two days before your Osprey Landing vacation begins. If you want a guarantee of early check-in, we might be able to lock it in with payment of an additional fee.
• Early check-in can rarely, if ever, be offered in-season.
• If you arrive after noon but before 4:00 PM, you may enjoy the dock. Please don’t ask the cleaner for permission to enter the home. You may enter the home after confirming with your Host that the cleaner has left and you are approved to enter.

Entry

You will be provided a code for the Schlage Encode deadbolt on the front door. You will receive your personal lock-box code after you pay all fees, provide your guest list, and submit your valid identification. If you can't recall the code, it's often the last four numbers of the telephone number you used for booking.

The code is usually set from 3:30 P.M. on the first day of vacation to 11:30 A.M. on the final day. Please note that check-in/checkout remain 4:00 P.M./11:00 A.M. The code offers a bit of flexibility in case you arrive a few minutes early AND the cleaner has finished AND the Host approves early entry, or if you depart at 11:00 A.M. but immediately discover that you've left something behind.

If you are offered early check-in/late checkout, remind the Host to reset the code.

• Text Kate, your Host, at (540) 907-2353 after you arrive and inspect the home
• Let her if you have any questions or if anything needs attention
• Problems at Osprey Landing should be reported to Kate immediately.

Parking

There is limited parking in front of the garage and on the driveway. If you have more than two cars, consider parking on Dovey Road for ease of egress.
