You will be provided a code for the Schlage Encode deadbolt on the front door. You will receive your personal lock-box code after you pay all fees, provide your guest list, and submit your valid identification. If you can't recall the code, it's often the last four numbers of the telephone number you used for booking.
The code is usually set from 3:30 P.M. on the first day of vacation to 11:30 A.M. on the final day. Please note that check-in/checkout remain 4:00 P.M./11:00 A.M. The code offers a bit of flexibility in case you arrive a few minutes early AND the cleaner has finished or if you depart at 11:00 A.M. but immediately discover that you've left something behind.
If you are offered early check-in/late checkout, remind me to reset the code.

Do not park or drive on the lawn to the right facing the house to avoid damage to the septic components.
You may park in front of the house, on the narrow strip of lawn to the left facing the house, and in the large front field adjacent to Tall Pines Drive. There is plenty of area to park.
Treat the septic system gently by only flushing or draining natural waste and toilet paper. Blue Skies at Lake Anna does not have a kitchen sink disposal so plan to collect grease and food waste for disposal in the trash.

Check-In Instructions - Blue Sails Check-in is after 4:00 P.M. If you arrive after noon but before 4:00 P.M., you may enjoy the dock. Do not ask the cleaner for permission to enter the home for any reason.
