You will be provided a code for the Schlage Encode deadbolt on the front door. This code is typically the last four digits of the booking guest's telephone number.
There is a second lock on the front door. If it is accidentally engaged, locking your party out, you will find a key hanging from a clip in the screened porch near the master bedroom door. Additional keys to that secondary front door lock are hanging in the laundry room. These keys do not unlock the lower level door.
Seven vehicles can park in the driveways and parking pads without ever having to shuttle around for departing visitors. There's plenty of more room to park additional cars if you don't mind moving for someone to get out. There's even room to drop the boat trailer.
The garage is not available for parking, even for immediate loading and unloading. The door opener is located by the door leading into the laundry room. Always use the automatic opener to raise and lower the garage door.

Check-in is after 4:00 P.M. If you arrive after noon but before 4:00 PM, you may enjoy the dock. Please don’t ask the cleaner for permission to enter the home. You may enter the home after confirming that the cleaner has left, the Rental Agreement has been signed, and payment has been received.
