Hey Houfy community,

My name is Kale Johnson, I'm a marketing and photography freelancer based out of Waco, Texas. My husband and I's company, White Glove Concepts Media, LLC currently manages the marketing efforts for 4 companies based in Austin & Chicago & we are looking to expand our portfolio in rental property/Airbnb marketing.

We are breaking into the airbnb marketing/creator space and would love to offer our professional services in order to build a larger portfolio! We are hoping to collaborate with several of your wonderful property owners to help us help you!

As a collaboration with your property, my husband and I would stay 1 or 2 nights, dependent on your preference, in your rental to create tons of content for you. We would produce all of the following and deliver to you with full rights for your marketing use, in exchange for allowing us to stay overnight at no charge:

- Full house real estate photography portfolio (guaranteed 50+ photos)

- One full professional property highlights video (1-3 minutes)

- One travel creator-style reel highlighting the property

- One travel creator-style reel highlighting the things to do in the area & linking it back to the stay

- One professional SEO-tailored blog post writeup for you + posted on our website (minimum 300 words)

- All of this content posted to our business page, as well as personal pages across all platforms, linking viewers to your stay/booking page. Platforms include Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Atmosfy, YouTube, and Pinterest. This will expand your reach dramatically.

As a marketing professional, I know how important content creation is to attract rental property bookings. Creating fun, trendy reels and producing professional photos and video highlights increases the chances of being found and booked significantly. Through social media platform sharing and blog writing with SEO keywords, your stay is more likely to be found by people looking to visit the area (and even attracts new customers who weren't even looking in the area!)
