“Perfect Quiet Getaway”
Place has a great view of the ocean and very relaxing . Quiet on this end . Place is a little outdated but very clean. Will definitely be on my list of favorites. Thanks again.

“Discriminating against children with disabilities ”
Posting again because 5 STARS IS INCORRECT. Run away. I have a disabled 3 year son precious son. Due to his disability we were unable to make the drive and risk exposure to others and his own life. On Thanksgiving I did let them know that I have respect we are not going to be going to the condo so we’re not endangering the cleaning staff or future guests. My request to reschedule or any kind of compensation for being a HONEST person was denied immediately. Julie is not involved in this business and if she is she’s driving negative energy represent her business. I have been reading reviews about this company all morning and it seems to me that this is not the only time that this has happened. You would think if you’re operating a business he would want to satisfy customers not thrive off of taking their money and copying pasting their BS contracts that basically say if you breathe wrong they will charge you. I am very dissatisfied in my heart is broken for my son. His first trip to the beach is now gone because of somebody that is full of greed and has no heart. In conclusion, if you were sick, especially with a deadly virus such as Covid go anyway. Don’t tell the owners for the safety of others. Because that is clearly what they rather happen. Greed is ugly, it comes back as Karma. Shame on you for discriminating against my special needs son. People like you need to learn how to be professional and notice the difference between coustmers that just mess up and want money back and costumers that are just being honest about a DEADLY virus. I don’t care what your contract says at the end of the day you’re a human and you’re able to void anything on the contract that you wrote. This means you’re choosing actively to deny good people to stay in your residence at a later date, or any kind of compensation. so just a suggestion stop replying to peoples reviews with your contract. You might as well just say I don’t give a crap about you. I have your money now. Sorry if you don’t like it there’s nothing I can do for you. Also clearly if you have to copy and paste your contract to defend yourself to several people over and over again clearly your contract isn’t ethical. Horrible company to work with, Julie is one of the most unpleasant people I have ever encountered.

“Buyer beware!”
We booked this location in Sept of 2022 for a week stay in June of 2023. Due to an unexpected job change we are unable to make the vacation dates as planned and had to cancel and did so with 8 months prior notice. Owner refused to reimburse any of our $1900 downpayment! I recommend booking a location with a more reasonable and fair cancellation policy.

“AVOID ANY PROPERTY MANAGED BY BIG FISH!!!”

For starters, when I was looking to book a condo I had some questions and they refused to talk by phone. Text or email. Very frustrating. I bought groceries so that I could cook. Sunday I discovered the oven didn't work. I tried calling to notify them of the problem and, AGAIN, they wanted to text or email. They sent someone out. The maintenance guy wasn't able to fix the problem and said it looked like it needed to be replaced. The oven was never fixed before check out. I ended up having to throw out the food I bought and eat out spending much more then I budgeted for food. I requested compensation for the food I had to throw out and was denied. I called the management company and they said they would call me back in 15-20min. Two days later they still had not called. I tried calling them back and it kept going to voicemail. I called VRBO and they were told the oven had been fixed. IT WASN'T. VRBO put me in contact with Big Fish. I was never able to talk to Julie. Only an assistant. She said I didn't contact them when I checked in. I DID. They still denied compensation and said they didn't care if I left a negative review because they already had my money. AVOID any properties host by Julie or Big Fish Rentals. Also, the air conditioning quit working the last night and I had to sleep in a 77 degree room. They said that was also my fault for not contacting them sooner and no compensation for my discomfort. BOTTOM LINE: Their number one priority is money. NOT customer satisfaction. I can't imagine the owners would be very happy if they knew this was how their property was being managed.
