Beachside Villas Unit 511 had everything we were looking for to relax and enjoy quality time with our kids, grandkids and friends.

We stayed at lots of properties on the Atlantic and Gulf Panhandle area before knowing this was the perfect location.
We have a view of the ocean from our living room and patio and we are located off of 30A. A very popular area between Seaside and Rosemary beach. Our complex is off of 30A (quiet away from the traffic) and 35 yards to the beach entrance. Perfect for any family with kids or walking disabilities. The 30A area also has wonderful bike trails for all to enjoy.

Beach Access!
I chose this property because of the easy access to the beach. My sister is 72 and has bad knees and IBS. After we had booked the property I called the host to ask about a company that will set up chairs for us each morning. I was told that we couldn’t use a setup company because we couldn’t sit on the beach! If I hadn’t called her about the setup we wouldn’t have known this ahead of time. There is a guy there that told us we would be arrested if we sat our chairs anywhere on that beach. I just think it shouldn’t be advertised as 2 steps from the beach. We were able to go after 5 and watch the sunset in the evenings.

We have the beach access areas marked on our listing and we sent you detail information on which beach you could rent beach chairs from if you desired. We also have a complimentary shuttle that will drop you off and pick your family up from the public beach areas. I'm so sorry you didn't get to enjoy the beautiful beaches, I wish you had called me for clarification if you missed this on the prior communications. Most guest really enjoy our area with no stairs to and from the beach areas.

Perfect spot!
This condo was perfect for our family of 7! Just steps to the beach, walking distance to coffee shops, located in a nice neighborhood, and the amenities and heated pool were perfect! The host was also incredibly kind and quick in helping us!

This condo was very true to its listing. The beach is only a block away and the beach is beautiful. The beach is public access but was not very busy and easy to get to. The property had everything we needed including beach toys, games, soaps and etc.

Excellent Property
This property was everything as described. Our family thoroughly enjoyed a nice relaxing vacation here. The beach was incredible and it was so nice having it just steps away. Our kids loved playing tennis and pickle ball. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay in Santa Rosa. Our condo was beautiful! The beach was only steps away. It was quiet and peaceful which is just what we wanted. The only disappointment was we could barely see the ocean from our condo. The description of condo stated there was a panoramic view.

Response:We make sure our text and pictures say ocean view and the pictures do show that we are not beach front. Beach front rentals are about $6K - $20K more per week than ours. We are one of the closest units to the beach in our complex.

Beautiful Condo just steps from the beach!!
Our family has the best week on vacation. The condo was everything advertised and more!! The condo is just a few steps away from the beautiful white sand. We had no problem finding a spot on the beach in front of the condo everyday. We will definitely be coming back for another stay.
