My wife Amy, Amy's mom Linda and I purchased Sea & Tee in 2020. The home is named after our now 5 year old twin boys Charlie & Tate - known to many as "C & T." We have been enjoying Bald Head since we discovered the island in 2008. On our first trip to BHI with C & T in tow just before their first birthday, we stayed at the home we are fortunate to now own. We hope our home and BHI brings you the same happiness that it does us. Enjoy!

Loved it!

Cute house. Nice owner. Love Bald Head. Been coming since 1980. Very disappointed in the BHI clubs rule changes, especially the one that restricts access on the weekends. This is not the owner’s fault. It’s the club’s fault. We live in Landfall in Wilmington and are used to club rules but this one is ridiculous. Bald Head is a home too many( I was a former owner) but first and foremost it is a resort and vacation island and the income from that industry is the islands life blood. Keep this up and the island and its owners will eventually suffer the negative results of this policy. There are much more creative ways to handle this and I’d be happy to give the club some ideas. After 42 years of coming to the island this was the only time I’ve encountered this. It should stop ASAP. Bad and illogical decision making.

Great location!

Comfortable & Family-Friendly

Lovely home, conveniently located and comfortable for all, including young children, our great aunt, and dog. We enjoyed lounging on wrap-around porch while bird watching. Children escaped to third floor to play or worked on puzzles in the living room. There an abundance of games, puzzles, toys and books! Highly recommend and look forward to returning next year!

The perfect family getaway

We were so impressed with this property. It was exactly as described and then some. This was the perfect house for our family and it had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised at just how kid friendly this house was—bikes, toys, books, movies, coloring and art supplies, etc. The location was also fantastic. Just a few steps to the beach, which we always had all to ourselves (granted we were there off season). It was convenient to the market, restaurants and the Shoals Club. This is our favorite VRBO rental to date. Great way to introduce us to Bald Head Island. Thank you for sharing your property with us!!

Just what we needed

Perfectly situated on the island, this house has everything you need to enjoy a quick getaway, like ours, or a longer stay. Lovely home, and the outdoor spaces are a bonus extension of the property. Easy check in and check out, and the owner was really top notch with speedy communication. Would gladly return!

“Perfect for Families ”

This is the third year that we have stayed in the Sea and Tee home. The house is a very short walk to the beach access and we think it is as convenient as the beachfront first row homes. The garage is packed with bicycles, paddleboards, chairs, and beach toys. The home kitchen is very well equipped with everything needed for cooking. The new paint and décor make the home even more inviting and beautiful than it was in past years. The third-floor bedroom is perfect for children, and we were very comfortable in the master bedroom. The laundry area was perfect for keeping up with our family's needs and was equipped with ample beach towels. We had plenty of towels and toilet paper, and when we had any questions for the owner, he quickly responded by text with answers. The fact that it is also dog friendly makes this rental feel like our home away from home. We plan to rent Sea and Tee again next year when we return to Bald Head Island. I highly recommend this home and the owners!

Great time

Great location om BHI. Easy 2 minute walk to the beach. Nice updates. Great internet and media access (nice when it's rainy). Nice to have access to 2 golf carts.

Great week.

House worked well for us. Greenery around house gave us a feeling of seclusion but was near beach for dogs. We went to the beach to howl at the moon, and the night before we left, watched newly hatched turtles head into the sea. Pretty amazing! Also liked the variety of books and tapes in the house. I'm a great Jane Austin fan! Hard to leave. Thanks for a wonderful week.

Perfect location

We have stayed at this home several times over the years, but this was our first visit since the house was sold last year. We thought this house couldn’t get any better, but it did. The master bath now has a beautiful shower, and some of the furniture and lighting have been updated on the main level of the house. It also now has an Amazon Echo near the kitchen which we found to be super handy. Our kids love the third floor. I can’t imagine a better set up for kids. We also love that the house has a huge dog crate (stored flat in utility closet). We took ours, but we should have left it at home. We probably also should have left our bikes at home. The garage was full of bikes, beach chairs and anything else you may want at the beach. The golf carts are also nice. We have four kids so the three row/ six seater was super handy. Josh, one of the new homeowners, is super responsive. He got back to me right away when I had questions. Overall, highly recommend!
