This is a lovely cottage in a fantastic location. Nice and clean, excellent facilities and loads of lovely touches like toilet roll, washing up bits and bobs and food essentials like oil etc. Jonathan was an excellent host, check in was seamless and communication outstanding. Superb central location near to the shops, Cathedral and Exeter Quay. Lovely clean, quiet, and very well equipped apartment, with comfy beds and a roof terrace where you could have your morning coffee and admire the views. Loved the clear digital guide Jonathan provided and the helpful and quick responses to any queries I had a great host.

Appartement très agréable, très clair avec deux grandes chambres et d'excellents lits. Très bien situé dans Exeter. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour ce qui veulent la faire. Le salon est cosy et grand. A recommander vivement et l'hôte répond immédiatement si problème

A lovely, cosy cottage. The app the host has created is fabulous and we made good use of the suggestions. The house is accurately described but the kitchen and bathrooms are real highlights - spotless, brand new and well equipped. Thoroughly recommend.

This is a fantastic appartment in the centre of beautiful Exeter. The description of the appartment was accurate but the pictures probably didn't do it justice - the view is amazing! Very clean and well furnished and equipped. Very nice touch to have so many of the everyday essentials there (tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, etc) and some unexpected extras like the coffee making capsules. Jonathan was an excellent host, very communicative and provided a really useful and detialed online house guide. Check-in/out was really simple. As the description says, this is a top floor appartment so be prepared for the stairs but these are really wide and wasn't a problem for us. We could park outside for arrival/departure and the recommended carpark was a short walk away - great you could renew parking online (note you can only book one day at a time but you can do the next day after 6pm on the current day so you don't have to get up early to book it!).Also there was minimal noise from the road or neighbours. Overall a fabulous holiday appartment!

Brilliant short stay at Jonathan's place in Exeter. The apartment is in a great central location with fabulous views across the river and city from the balcony and living room. Kitchen is well equipped with the living room and bedrooms warm and comfy. Superb help from Jonathan all the way from initial booking to checking out, definitely a 'super host' experience!!

Had a great weekend in Exeter. The flat is located in an interesting street with lots of independant retailers and it's just 5 minutes from the high street. Lots of choice for eating out and I would reccommend the Jasmine-Thai restaurant just along the road if you are a fan of oriental food. The flat has comfy sofas and beds and is surprisingly quiet at night considering its city location. The balcony offers great views over the city and surounding countryside and it's a great place to chill out and watch the streets below. Jonathan is a fantastic host who is very professional and attentive to his guests needs. His online guest book provides all the information you need to enjoy your stay. Highly reccommended!

Super clean and as described and some of the clearest and most helpful communication I’ve ever experienced on Airbnb. I feel like Jonathan should do courses for other hosts on how to make things clear and easy to come and go, not to mention welcoming and helpful.
