We are John & Jen Zajac. We live in central New Jersey. After having vacationed in Myrtle Beach for the last 10+ years now, we decided to buy an ocean front condo. We preferred to stay in the southern end of Myrtle Beach due to it being less crowded and much less traffic. When we came across Ocean Blue, we decided it was perfect for us. We currently own Ocean Blue 503 and 803.

The 21st annual Myrtle Beach Marathon took place on March 3, 2018. I took this picture as the runners ran past Ocean Blue Myrtle Beach.Over 5500 individuals participate in this race annually. It was named one of the ‘Top Ten Winter Marathons’ by USA TODAY and is the largest marathon in South Carolina.
