With year-round indoor and outdoor aquatic facilities, it's easy to spend an entire day or two enjoying all that SHARC has to offer. However, admission fees for non-Sunriver residents can add up quickly, making it a less accessible option for some families.

What it does NOT include:

• Sunriver Resort and Hotel amenities. While Sunriver Resort resides within the Sunriver community they are operated seperatly from the Sunriver Homeowners Association. The SHARC passes are exclusivley offered to homes in the Sunriver community such as the Sunriver Cascade House.
• Golf Course - Our house is located just across the street from the 3rd and 4th hole of the Woodlands golf course. There are 4 main golf course in Sunriver (Woodland, Crosswater, Meadows, and Caldera) Two of the courses are public courses(Woodlands, and Meadows) while the other two (Crosswater, and Caldera) are private golf course. The public courses anyone can make a tee time reservation while the other requires you to be a club member or a Sunriver Resort Guest.
• The Cove Pool by Sunriver Resort - Similar to the SHARC Aquatic the Sunriver Resort also offers an aquatic center however only reserved for Sunriver Resort Guests. While the SHARC is reserved for homes in the Sunriver community such as the Sunriver Cascade House.
