We are John Hurd and John Murphy.<br />
We live full time in Baltimore, and summered in Rehoboth Beach across the street for 20 years, so we love the area. When the owner offered to sell this house to us, we took the plunge. It has taken a lot of sweat and work to get it this far, and we readily admit that we have a ways to go yet, and will continue to make it a place that you would want to return to.
