We are so excited to have our first listing for our new condo in Puerto Peñasco! We Live in CA and purchased our condo in Sept. 2023 after exploring this beautiful area only once! Thats how amazing it is! We are semi retired and grandparents of 4! We love to travel and now have our own slice of heaven. Enjoy!

“The best condo and customer service in Rocky Point.”

We stayed at the Sonoran Spa and the owners are the best! The provide their guests with all necesities and more! We will definitely book with them again! They are so friendly ,accommodating and genuine people!

“Fantastic Place! ”

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place looking over the ocean. My favorite part of this place was being able to hear the ocean night and day and how relaxing it was! There’s lots to do and we enjoyed the Vidanta golf course and Islas del Mar golf courses located along the stunning ocean. The condo is located to several great places to eat and I enjoyed going to the spa for an excellent value massage and pedicure special! I highly recommend staying here and the hosts were lovely, caring, and helpful to create most memorable vacation!

“Perfect - it doesn't get any better!”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pelican's Cove E706, finding it equipped with everything we needed and beyond. Our favorite amenity was the inclusion of bidets in both bathrooms, a significant factor in our choice due to our "behinds" familiarity with them at home ;) Unlike other units, this one was genuinely 'fully stocked,' offering a salt and pepper hand grinder, a spice rack, an abundance of pots and pans, and even oven mitts - items often absent in other rentals. The bathroom sinks were beautiful, and the view, the view, THE VIEW! Jill and Rick provided comprehensive and helpful guidance for both the unit and the surrounding area, and they were responsive and pleasant to deal with. We are eager to return to this unit in the future!

“Beautiful and clean property”

We had the best stay and Rick and Jill's condo! They had every amenity and extras that we are not used to getting, it was great! The most gorgeous view, beautiful furnishings and super clean, we will definitely be back!
Only improvement is to replace the master sheets, they were worn and coming apart

Response:Hi Mandy thanks for your review! I so glad you enjoyed your stay! Regarding the bed sheet. Unfortunately the master fitted sheet was not the one we provide to our guests. We provide all the bedding and linens for our unit as some units do not. The new housecleaner was not informed of that. Our sheets are in very good condition. However I cannot speak for the resort sheets that the cleaners used instead of ours. The situation has been rectified. Thank you for your concern ❤️

“Wonderful Stay at Pelican’s Cove!”

We recently stayed at this beautiful condo in Rocky Point and had an amazing experience! The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The views from the balcony were stunning, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves every morning.

The condo’s location was perfect—close enough to restaurants and activities, but still quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living space was cozy and inviting.

The host was responsive and accommodating, answering any questions we had and ensuring our stay was smooth. We truly felt at home here, and it made our Rocky Point vacation one to remember.

We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

“Paradise”

Pelicans Cove was beyond perfect. The condo itself is stunning and has so much ammentities, more than I have ever experienced in other nearby places. The location is great with plenty of options to dine around. The pool area is quite large and has a slide for the little ones. Jill is so welcoming and goes above and beyond. She made sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our weekend getaway and hope to make many returns to this amazing place, truly a little piece of paradise.

“Perfect”

Pelican's Cove was perfect. Rick and Jill have thoughtfully considered guests as everything is available in the condo to help make your trip perfect. From beach toys to appliances, it has it all. The decor has been spared no detail. We loved each detail and its refreshing, modern look. Beds were comfy, kitchen was stalked, and the views were amazing. My family of 6 enjoyed our visit and plan to return to Rick and Jill's, Pelican's Cove.

“2 bdrm beach front condo”

Beautiful updated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Beach front. Updated appliances. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash in both bathrooms. Towels.dor shower and pool provided. Coffee pot and Keurig present. Plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, spices to cook w. Very close to elevators. Patio. Has table and chairs, 2 fans on patio and through our condo. Lots of pool and beach extras for use. Comfortable pullout couch bed. Sonoran Spa has restruant, cafe, Spa, store onsite. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, and pharmacy just outside gate. You can take.your own cooler to pool as long as Thier is no glass.

“Amazing ocean view and just steps from the pool to the beach!”

This ocean view condo was clean and beautifully decorated with a cute beach theme. It was equipped with all of the comforts of home. Rick And Jill are great hosts who have attended to every detail. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great restaurants within walking distance. I loved sitting on the balcony taking in the sights and sounds of the sea! We had the best time and can’t wait to go back!
