Lovely condo with views of the ocean. So clean and absolutely no weird odors (ie smelly fragrances or bleach smells we’ve experienced at other rentals. Close to shops and restaurants. Easy parking, access to rental. Comfy big bed. Good water pressure. Highly recommended!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this listing! What an absolutely amazing place to stay while in stunning Kona. The unit itself is adorable. Super clean and organized from the moment we walked in. Very organized space. The kitchen was super cute and had anything you would need. Big fridge to store groceries, leftovers and drinks. The couch was perfect after a long day out, and facing out towards the ocean. The AC unit worked at keeping the space very cool for sleeping. Ceiling fans helped when we had AC off during the day. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Shower stayed warm with good pressure. We appreciated they provided numerous bath towels. Plus, beach towels to bring to the beach. They have a closet with items like chairs and umbrellas to bring to the ocean. The balcony had two chairs and a table and the MOST AMAZING view of the ocean. Communication was excellent. Super easy to check-in and out. Parking available, but we didn't have a car with us. PERFECT SPOT!

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. Everything was exactly as described and Jess & Chris responded quickly to any questions. The downtown restaurant/shop area was a quick walk. The balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee and evening wine, watching the boats out on the water. Having beach chairs, towels and an umbrella available made it easy to head to the beach for relaxation. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We got some of the best sleep there that we've had in a long time.

Island Glow was a fabulous stay for our 5 day trip to Kailua Kona. It was immaculate, close to everything and very, very comfortable. The lanai was a perfect place to watch the boats and the sunset every evening-we actually looked forward to that each evening because it was so pleasant. Our hosts provided several big and small, thoughtful amenities that I never even knew I might like/need but found very handy and that I appreciated. There is a lot of thought put into the place that made it feel like a home. It was comfortable, convenient and worth every penny. Air-con worked splendidly although we barely used it because of the sweet breezes and ceiling fans. Jess and Chris were fantastic, communicate and friendly hosts that made the whole thing completely stress free. I would stay at Island Glow again in a heart beat.

Great location with an awesome view and shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The activities we planned were a short drive away which was pleasant. The condo had all the amenities and, since eating out every day can be expensive, we were able to eat in a few times. Overall it was a great place to stay and made for a great for a great vacation!

We were really impressed with our stay here. The location is unbeatable and the hosts supply everything you could ever need to make the most of your stay. We really appreciated the fact that there were binoculars, beach chairs, and beach towels available for use. They also left coffee and chocolates for us which we thought was a very nice touch. The space is even bigger in real life than in photos and was very clean and tidy. Hosts were great, very responsive and offered some good suggestions for activities. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Jess and Chri's place was absolutely fantastic! The property was exactly as described, immaculately clean, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect—close to all the attractions we wanted to visit yet peaceful and relaxing. Jess and Chris were incredibly hospitable, responsive, and thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They even provided beach chairs, umbrella, sunscreen. We loved every moment of our stay and can’t recommend this place highly enough. It’s perfect for anyone looking for relaxation, adventure, a family-friendly space. We would definitely return!

We fly standby and made contact with Jess and Chris before we arrived. We told them it would be a same day arrival, and they were super accommodating. The entire process was smooth and the condo and location were perfect. You will not be disappointed if you rent this condo😊

The apartment was light filled and was recently remodeled so all the appliances and fixtures were lovely. Beautiful stunning view of sunsets from lanai. Short walk to Ali’i Drive for shopping and dining. Short drive to grocery store. Easy access to airport and multiple activities.
