The house has an excellent location and it exactly as pictured. It was a great value relative to other properties we looked at and would be a great space for a group of friends or family.

James’s house was the perfect location for our family, as we were participating in the Lake George Triathlon Festival and we could easily walk to the beach and waterfront park. Great location for anyone looking to experience the village on foot! The house was very clean and the check-in process was seamless. Communication was easy and James responded quickly to any questions I had. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to the furniture situation. The living room couch was uncomfortable. The house has a lovely screened-in porch but no chairs (except for a plastic toddler set) to sit and enjoy it. The patio area chairs were made of uncomfortable plastic.

Overall a great experience! Location was fantastic and everything you could ever want in Lake George is within a 5-10 minute walk. We could have used a bit more seating inside and out for a group of 6, but nothing that our own camping chairs didn’t fix. Absolutely worth the cost and would stay here again.

This was exactly what we were looking for- perfect walkability to everything in the village and set up to easily spend time with our whole family. James was so communicative and just a wonderful host, replied to our questions within minutes and was so welcoming. Will absolutely return!

James is a great host with tons of recommendations and experience with the Lake George area. The house is in the perfect location to the lake and is extremely comfortable. My family and I had an amazing time. I definitely recommend to anyone and will be back myself.

Overall, a lovely stay! Perfect location! Walking to many restaurants, bars and shops! Roomie and comfortable, enjoyed the yard with the kids! James was very responsive with questions! Old , charming home, pictures match the listing. We would stay again!
