By requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages from Houfy ("Opt In"), you agree to these SMS Terms and the handling of your personal information as described in the Houfy Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. You also agree to resolve disputes with Houfy as described in our Terms of Service.

Houfy will use reasonable commercial efforts to deliver automated text messages to the mobile number you provide. However, we are not responsible for any delays or undelivered messages.

By Opting In to Receive Text Messages:

1. Authorization:You expressly authorize Houfy to use autodialer or non-autodialer technology to send text messages to the mobile phone number associated with your Opt In.
   These messages may include promotional content. You do not have to Opt In or agree to Opt In as a condition of purchase.
   
2. Consent to Electronic Documentation:You consent to the use of an electronic record to document your Opt In.
   To withdraw that consent, contact us via the methods described in the Contact Us section of the Terms of Service, or manage your notification preferences in your account settings.
   Withdrawing consent may limit certain features of our service.
   
3. Ownership Confirmation:You confirm that you are the current subscriber to the Opted In mobile phone number or that you are the customary user of that number on a family or business plan and that you are authorized to Opt In.
