Excelente todo. La ubicación, la zona, Helena muy atenta. Volvería a ir sin dudarlo. la cama excelente, la presión de agua y temperatura ideal. 3 piso por ascensor. Da a la calle pero es súper tranquilo

It was a perfect stay at Helenas apartment. Very close to the subway an there were a lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Helena was very helpful and a very kind host. I would highly recommend this place to others.

Super Lage! Helena ist äußerst freundlich und sehr gut zu erreichen. Im Schlafzimmer hört man den Straßenlärm, was mit Ohropax aber kein Problem darstellt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

The space was a bit narrow for two people. I thought it was a good place for one person to stay. However, the location was excellent, the security was good, and the price was reasonable, so I was able to cover up those shortcomings. The nearby subway station had escalators and elevators (uncommon in the New York subway), so it was very convenient to carry luggage. There is a Starbucks right across the street, a supermarket within a 1-minute walk, and a variety of restaurants nearby. The host, HeleNa, was really friendly and a good communicator who listened to our requests. She has a great personality and is cute lol. It was a great stay where I was able to briefly experience life in a New York apartment♡

Great location, very pretty neighborhood, walking distance to Central Park and Subways, restaurants and bars. If you don’t mind bar noise until 4am on Fridays and Saturdays it will be a great option to stay. I will definitely come back.

Helena es muy amable, tuvimos un tema con una alerta de mi celular por un temblor en mi país y fue muy comprensiva a pesar de los horarios de cero ruido marcados. El lugar es tal como ves en fotos, el cuarto es pequeño y no hay mucho espacio para guardar la ropa para que lo consideres. El lugar está muy bien ubicado y cerca de medios de transporte que te permiten moverte en ls ciudad. Es importante tomes en cuenta las reglas de la casa ya que el ruido fuera de ciertos horarios es un tema importante para la anfitriona. Si quieres salir muy temprano a visitar la ciudad es algo que tienes que considerar ya que los otros huespedes podrían seguir durmiendo.

Dos pontos fortes que destaco são a localização e o cuidado em proporcionar tudo que o visitante precisa. Sobre localização, você está a 10 minutos do central parque caminhando e a 3 minutos do metrô. A rua tem muitos restaurantes e mercado. Me senti segura e tranquila para caminhar inclusive a noite. A Helena é muito querida e prestativa. O quarto estava muito limpo e contém ferro de passar, secador, toalha de banho e até guarda-chuva hehe muito atencioso da parte dela prover tudo para quem se hospeda lá. Apesar do apartamento ser pequeno, nem cheguei a encontrar as pessoas que estavam no outro quarto.

Helena is a really nice host and her place was perfect for what we wanted. the room is small but we knew that beforehand and it was totally fine for a few days. lots of good restaurants in the area, close to subway & central park is in walking distance. the location was perfect! easy and clear check-in and check out instructions. would definitely recommend staying here ✨
