The pictures do not do this place justice. Beautiful home inside and out with gorgeous views. Nice and quiet. Wildlife sightings daily. Amazingly clean. Comfortable beds. Wonderful heated pool. Traci and Bruce are excellent with communication. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place - unlike anything else in the Hills. Nemo is a great small town with everything you need and so conveniently located Bruce and Traci are amazing hosts - with great tips and ideas All the homes are great - thoughtful touches throughout. Couldn’t have been better and can’t recommend more highly.

Please take care of our home ... Just a few rules.
Check-in is 5pm, check-out is 10am. No exceptions. Please don't arrive before 5pm.
No pets are allowed in the Osprey poolhouse.
No parties, events, or outside guests.
The pool, rec-room, and our other amenities are for our use, our invited guest use, and registered guests only.
Do not wear shoes inside the house.
No feet on furniture inside or outside.
No smoking inside or out on the deck.
Use coasters or napkins on furniture.
Please be careful with the glass-topped stove. In particular, do not put aluminum foil on the stovetop… it will melt into the glass! There is a stovetop cleaning kit under the sink if you need it.
Please place towels under booster chairs to protect upholstery from staining.
Empty your inside trash to the trash cans provided outside.
Please do not move inside or outside furniture. Moving furniture can scratch the floors and deck.
Do not move outdoor cushions off their furniture.
No fires or barbecues on the property except in our grills or propane fire-pit. Do not move the grills, especially never on to the decks. If you have plans for something else, please check with us first.
If you stain any fabric, please try to remove the stain with Shout. It is provided in the laundry room. If you can't remove the stain that way, just let us know so that we can try to remove it. Do not put item through the washer and dryer .. that sets the stain.
Music is for your enjoyment and not to be heard by everyone in the valley.
The Pool and Rec Center are shared space, so please keep it orderly. Follow pool rules posted at the pool.

Refundable Damage Deposit

The security deposit will be promptly refunded upon checkout, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning needed at the property.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 60 days before the check-in date for a full refund.
