Apartment near the beach in Porto Conte, Sardinia - Alghero

The house is located in the heart of Porto Conte Regional Park, surrounded by nature and close to the most beautiful beaches of the Coral Riviera: Bombarde, Lazzaretto with its coves, and Mugoni. Additionally, you can reach the nearby beach of Maristella on foot.

The space
A small, simply furnished apartment located in the basement of a townhouse. It can accommodate up to two guests, making it ideal for couples or solo travelers. It includes:

- A courtyard with a barbecue, table and chairs, and a big umbrella. For the barbecue: Charcoal and firelighters are not included. Utensils are provided.

- The unique entrance from the courtyard leads directly into the double bedroom. This room is equipped with a wardrobe and a modern hot/cold air conditioning unit.

- Kitchen with gas-induction stove, table and chairs, a small sofa, and hot/cold air conditioner.

- Bathroom with shower and washing machine.

- A closet with cleaning products.
