Response:Thanks for the review. We have been fighting the sandspurs, and we have hired a landscape architect to redesign the front and back yards and maintain both. Getting rid of the sandspurs is top on his list. I can say that they will not be an issue next time!

Response:Thanks for the review. The "flies" were dry wood termites. Thanks for letting us know about them. We had our exterminator take care of them. We also put bait out for the outdoor rodent, and he is no longer with us. Glad you had a wonderful stay!

Jenny and Rob are the owners and hosts of this downtown condo, which they have enjoyed renovating and using when not rented. Rob grew up on Pensacola Beach, and Jenny and Rob are raising their family in nearby Gulf Breeze. Rob is a retired lawyer that now runs a team of Realtors with Jenny. You may decide you love it here so much you want to live here! We can help with that!

“Perfect place and super close to the beach”
Such a nice quiet area and super close to everything! The beach is such a short walk and closer than it actually looks online. Place was clean and perfect for us!

Great convenient beach house
Great beach house in a quiet neighborhood with access to the sound and gulf. Rob is very easy to contact and answers all questions. Would definitely rent again.

EXCELLENT HOUSE and POOL (and owner)
I cannot say enough about this place. It surpassed my expectations. Rob, the owner, was more than gracious when I texted him every day about something or other. The house was set up nicely with the bedrooms down the hall from the living area which was nice for those who wanted to sleep in. The pool was super clean and Rob was nice enough to turn the heater on for us. The washer and dryer worked great. The front porch is covered and is perfect for your morning coffee. The swinging bench by the pool was a nice relaxing spot.
PROS: excellent pool, great location/views, clean beds and house, nicely stocked pool floats and accessories, excellent communication from the owner
CONS: Burrs in the backyard made it impossible to enjoy (they kept getting stuck in the dog's paws and our shoes), it would've been nice to have the other queen bed in the bigger bedroom - getting around that tiny room was a bit hard but I'm just being picky.
Loved this house and would definitely come back!

It was perfect!
The property was immaculate, adorably decorated, and was equipped with everything we could’ve possibly needed! The backyard is an awesome place to hang out, with the beautiful pool and “Love Island” style daybed!! The Gulf was a super short walk— and absolutely breathtaking — also, Rob was a great and communicative host— we will definitely be back!!

Great Vacation
I was very happy with our stay this week. The facility was nice and the pool was awesome. I will say however that the water was a little warm in the pool.
The only negatives I would mention was that there were some type of flies in the living room and there was a rat that ran the fence line at night at night, otherwise our stay way wonderful.

Fathers Day weekend
Great spot for a small family reunion over Father’s Day weekend. Walking distance to sound and ocean side beaches. Close to shops. Cool pool with volleyball court. All were big hits! Thanks again!

Great beach getaway
Traveling with a dog is a challenge. It was so nice to have everything we needed right there. Our dog got to experience the ocean for the first time. We had a wonderful relaxing stay. When we were feeling too lazy to pack up and go to the beach, the pool was right there! There is also a lovely swing by the pool. Such a great spot to chil.

Sunshine House
Great place and great owner. The house was perfect for our little family. Perfect pool for a little one - he loved climbing onto the shallow part and jumping into the pool. The outside areas are great for relaxing and enjoying the weather. Owner very responsive with any concerns that arise during the process. Loved this place, would definitely go again.
