This 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath beach house sleeps 8 guests MAX. and is a short 1 min walk to the sands of Hampton Beach, South and is within a short walking distance to all of the activities that Hampton Beach has to offer including the boardwalk, restaurants, theaters, shops, and fishing piers. Hop in the car and drive to popular local destinations- North Beach, 10min, Newburyport MA is 20 min, Kittery ME is 25 minutes, Portsmouth NH is 25 min, Boston is 50 min.

Amenities include WiFi, flat screen HDTV, Central Air Conditioning, coffee maker, toaster, popcorn maker, washer & dryer, off street parking and outdoor propane grill (guest provides propane), throughly cleaned between guests.

During your stay, you will be able to contact the host who is 35 minutes away.

Property is located on corner lot with 2-3 off street parking spots in residential South Beach - minutes from the boardwalk.

Walking and Bike riding are a great way to get around the beach!

You may not park on the street in front of the house, it is for Hampton residents only and is strictly enforced in summer months - $100 fine is guest responsibility.
Propane grill is provided. Propane is not included - Guest may use any propane left by prior guests and refill if needed.

“Perfect family getaway ”
Jackie’s cottage was ideal for our family vacation. Extremely close to the beach and the boardwalk! Cottage included necessary kitchen items. Providing beach towels and toys was an additional perk!

“Grad present”
Sunrise cottage has changed my perspective about Hampton. I grew up close enough to travel to it often so thinking about a week's vacation there wasn't exciting until we stayed at this cottage. My son and his friends had a blast up there and it's so convenient to the best part of the beach, in my onion, and the strip with stores. The house is adorable and bigger than it seems in the pictures. Comfy beds, perfect view of fireworks and just the right amount of fun and quiet. Anything that was needed was already there and if there were any issues it was addressed immediately. Thank you for bringing back the fun in Hampton and bringing new memories for my son and his friends.

“Home away from Home”
We have been renting from Jackie for the past three years and couldn’t be happier. This is the perfect house. Very clean, perfect location, all the amenities you need, steps from the beach and located in a quite neighborhood but still a minute walk to all the action. There is something for everyone here. You can choose to relax on the rocking chair on the front porch and have A quiet glass of wine or walk 5 minutes to Bernie’s, the arcade or see free live music at the half shell. Jacklie has always responded Quickly with any questions. Every year we notice new improvements and updates to make our stay more comfortable. My family and I love this house!

This cottage is adorable and a perfect location. One block from the beach and only a few blocks from the start of the boardwalk. There is a convenience store, sandwich shop, breakfast cafe and laundry right around the corner. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The cottage is adorable. We had 4 adults and 2 18 month olds with us. I wouldn’t recommend much more people than that as it is smaller than the pictures appear. The laundry and half bath that are shown in pictures we never saw but apparently it is through a door outside (hence why we never found it). Jackie is very responsive.

A bit far from restaurants (just FYI - be prepared to walk for Boardwalk or anywhere else on that end of Hampton), but still right off the strip and the proximity to the beach is really the primary reason to book this house. Parking for 3 was possible and it was interesting to find an outdoor 2nd bath! Thanks for opening the home!

We strive to provide you with an exceptional stay and ask that when you use and leave our home that you treat it the way you would your own or a family members home. While you stay, we require that you follow some basic house rules:
Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am
No group gatherings or parties
No overnight guests other than the original number of people noted at time of booking
Bath Towels are NOT for Beach Use or Cleaning spills.
No Smoking or Vaping in the house ($400 cleaning fee) - If outside, All butts to be discarded safely in the trash outside, no on the ground ($25 charge)
No trash left on the ground outside
Bring trash toters to street on Friday and Monday mornings before 7am
Leave towels in tub and used sheets on floor of bedroom at end of stay.
Empty all food you brought from cabinets and refrigerator and wash dirty dishes prior to check-out
No food in bedrooms
Owners are not responsible for lost or stolen items, damage to your personal property while staying.
No subletting the house to other guests and the party who booked the stay must be present all nights and be the last one to leave at checkout so you can verify that the home was left in satisfactory condition.
For safety, It is recommended that small children not be allowed to sleep on top bunks - use at your own risk.

100% of amount paid within 48 Hour of Booking, 50% of amount paid after 48hours. No Refund if Cancelled within 45 days of arrival. **Cleaning Fee is fully refundable for all cancellations**
