Located in the resort-like community of Sea Woods, our condo is just steps away from the beach and features 3 pools, one of which is heated seasonally. With a workout room, pickleball and tennis courts on-site, there's no shortage of activities to keep you entertained during your stay.

Our condo can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests - perfect for couples or small families. The fun, playful décor with a laid-back coastal vibe creates the perfect space to relax and unwind during your beach vacation. As the host and owner of "Sea Mist Escape," Nancy is committed to providing her guests with an exceptional vacation experience. From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy and tranquil coastal bedroom, she has thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We understand that your furry friend is an important part of your family, which is why our condo welcomes dogs! New Smyrna Beach is very dog-friendly. In fact, many local restaurants also welcome dogs, so you can enjoy a meal with your doggo by your side. The best pet-friendly Airbnb ever!! Being able to travel to New Smyrna and not stress about bringing our two dogs was great. Nancy made it so fun and welcoming for our pups! She was also very responsive and made some great restaurant recommendations. The interior of the condo checked all of our boxes and we loved the neighborhood! This Airbnb was perfect, we highly recommend!

We were traveling to New Smyrna Beach for a wedding and thankfully we found this place that was in the perfect location. Huge bonus was the fact that it's dog friendly! There was a welcome basket waiting for us on check in that included treats for both us and our dog and there were even dog bowls and a toy for our dog to enjoy. We had a great time during out stay and would gladly return in the future.

“Highly recommend”
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Sea Mist. The condo is adorable and Nancy was such a thoughtful host and made suggestions for places to see and eat. I can't say enough how we appreciated having a place to stay that welcomed our lil furry family member into her home. She also helped find a doggy daycare for our lil girl (Small Paws) which we highly recommend. I can't thank her enough for all she did for us.
We walked the beach one evening and watched an incredible launch of a SpaceX Falcon Heavy. We highly recommend it if you get a chance. Thank you so much Nancy. We expect to return again.

Nancy was the absolute best host. We even brought our chihuahua, and Nancy gave her treats and a little turtle chew toys. The area is very dog friendly. There are so many amazing places to eat around town, we made a visit to Flagler Avenue which was a lot of fun and ate at Breakers, which I highly recommend. Nancy planned for everything and made our stay absolutely wonderful! My kids even found a new love for pickle ball thanks to the paddles and balls at the condo. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb listing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a beautifully designed and comfortable space that instantly put all of us at ease. The attention to detail in the décor was evident, with tasteful furnishings and a pleasant ambiance throughout. The cozy seating options and thoughtful touches made it simply a perfect place to unwind. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the modern appliances made cooking a breeze. The location of the listing was convenient, with easy access to the beach, to nearby attractions, restaurants, etc. It was a great base for exploring the village, and we very much appreciated the host's recommendations for local sights and activities – especially important since those recommendations contained a lot for pet friendly places. Now, I cannot emphasize enough how amazing Nancy's hospitality is. She is responsive, attentive, and addressed all our needs.

Wowza! We were blown away by this little piece of paradise. A much needed getaway ! Sea Mist Escape was just what we hoped it would be. Refundable Damage Deposit
A $500 security deposit is required. This will be retained as a security deposit for the rental of the property until the rental arrangement has ended. The security deposit will be returned to the guest within 14 days. Any damages or excessive cleaning charges will be deducted from security deposit. If damages exceed $500, the guest agrees to reimburse the owner for any damage to the property within 14 days of the date they vacate property.

Cancellations received in writing prior to 14 days before arrival, will receive a full refund minus $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received in writing within 14 days of arrival, will be refunded cleaning fees and 50% of total nightly stay including tax, and are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

It is highly recommended guest(s) purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of family emergencies, funerals, bad weather delays, flight/rental car cancellations, job loss, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, early departures, etc. If you live in an area prone to hurricanes, forest fires, etc. and cannot make your trip, please seek reimbursement through your travel insurance. NO refunds are given unless our condominium community of Sea Woods is under an evacuation order. Hurricane season is June 1 - November 30. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb listing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a beautifully designed and comfortable space that instantly put all of us at ease. The attention to detail in the décor was evident, with tasteful furnishings and a pleasant ambiance throughout. The cozy seating options and thoughtful touches made it simply a perfect place to unwind. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the modern appliances made cooking a breeze. The location of the listing was convenient, with easy access to the beach, to nearby attractions, restaurants, etc. It was a great base for exploring the village, and we very much appreciated the host's recommendations for local sights and activities – especially important since those recommendations contained a lot for pet friendly places. Now, I cannot emphasize enough how amazing Nancy's hospitality is. She is responsive, attentive, and addressed all our needs.

“We'll be back!”

Wowza! We were blown away by this little piece of paradise. A much needed getaway ! Sea Mist Escape was just what we hoped it would be. Our host, Nancy has created a comfortable, welcoming & relaxing atmosphere in this lovely condo. The surrounding property is serene & beautiful. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach & a few steps from one of 3 pools ! We’ll be back!

“Fabulous spot for a beach vacation!”

Great 3 months in your lovely condo. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and supplied! The gifts upon arrival, at Valentine’s Day, and just before departing on April 1st were an unexpected pleasure. It’s a fabulous spot for a beach vacation!
