House with a sea view in Porto Conte, Sardinia - Alghero

Located in the heart of Porto Conte Regional Park, the accommodation is surrounded by nature and close to the most beautiful beaches of the Coral Riviera: Bombarde, Lazzaretto, and Mugoni. Additionally, the nearby beach of Maristella is accessible on foot.

The space
A three-level house, furnished simply with recent furniture (2023). The house can accommodate up to 6 people and is composed as follows:

- Ground floor: equipped kitchen with induction cooktops, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer; living room with television and comfortable sofa to relax after a day at the beach.

- Outdoor patio: small terrace with table and chairs for outdoor meals.

- First floor: three bedrooms — one suite with private bathroom and bathtub, one double bedroom, and one room with twin beds. Another bathroom with shower is also located on this floor. Each bedroom has access to a terrace, one of which offers a view of Porto Conte Bay.

- Rooftop terrace: panoramic terrace with sea view, furnished with lounge chairs and low tables — the perfect spot for breakfast or an aperitif at sunset.

The bedrooms, living room, and kitchen are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning. Free parking is available on the street right in front of the house.

Guest access
Guests will not have access to the basement or the back courtyard. The house is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

Note: Noise from neighboring homes may occasionally be heard, including neighbor's dogs that may bark frequently.
