PETS: ONE DOG ALLOWED BY PRE-APPROVAL ONLY and ADDITIONAL $50 PET CLEANING FEE.
*$50 Pet Fee must be paid prior to check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property.
*Your dog should be friendly and house trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
*Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated in the room if left alone.
*Your dog is not allowed on the furniture and beds
*Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately. (example barking non-stop when left alone)
*You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog
*Owners to walk dog across street to park for dog bathroom breaks and must be picked up and disposed of properly.
*Limit of one dog. An additional dog may be considered on a case by case basis.
*Please not the City of Jacksonville Beach does not allow pets on the beach April 1st through September 30th between the hours of 9AM-5PM and strictly enforces leash laws.

House Rules:
Any guests beyond the house maximum will be charged a penalty at $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 8 guests.
-Shower off outdoors by garage and remove shoes before entering home after beach.
-Rinse all beach equipment and leave in the backyard instead of bringing in home.
-Please spray sunscreen outside
-Hang all wet towels to dry and shake off all sandy articles outside prior to washing.
-Be courteous of neighbors. Quiet time after 10 PM.
-Please report any maintenance issues immediately so they can be addressed.
-Load and start the dishwasher before departure.
