There is room for 2 cars in the driveway. Street parking is allowed. Please do not block sidewalk. 3rd vehicle could also parallel parked on the end of the driveway as long as it does not invade the sidewalk.

Kevin and I have been blessed to spend family time at our relatives lake homes since our children were born. We wanted to be able to share that with our family and friends. Our goal was also to open that experience up to the community. We wanted to create a space to slow down and enjoy the outdoors.

Payment Policy

Payments through Venmo or Zelle are preferred. Credit card payment through Square is also available. If using a credit card, the fees associated with transaction are 3.3%.

Refundable Damage Deposit

The Property Damage Insurance of $59 is a non-refundable fee that will cover the first $1500 in damages if any should occur to the home or items within the home. Any further damage beyond $1500 will be the responsibility of the renter.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel at least 45 days before check-in receive 100% refund (minus credit card fee, if applicable).
Cancelations 45 to 20 days before check-in receive 50% refund (minus credit card fee, if applicable).
Cancelations less than 20 days before check-in will not receive a refund.

Notes

$59 Insurance fee covers up to $1500 in damages. Damages beyond this will be renters responsibility.
